We tried your services for 2 months and the quality of cleaning was very poor. Every time after the cleaning we needed to vacuum and clean when we came home. Last time we sent you photos with the toilet and the floor tiles not cleaned at all. The carpets were not vacuumed. No one tried to call us to discuss about that so we terminated the contract. After we ended the contract we still received an invoice by mistake.
We are really disappointed and we also informed other friends and colleagues about your bad services.

It is very sad that you have not been satisfied with our services. Your feedback is important and I hope you notified us immediately when you were not satisfied with the quality. We are constantly training our employees, and of course we are focusing extra on someone who complains from customer.
Has everything resolved with the invoices? Of course, we will never bill something wrong with intention, but it is often that you get an invoice for the final cleaning and that you as a customer do not check our billing periods.
