I paid extra prize for a warehouse which left uncleared due to “lack of time” and though they admitted that and promised to pay back may money, they never did it. It’s been two months. They are not even kind to answer to my mails anymore.
Should never recommend it to anyone else.
Overall, the cleaning is ok. Maybe because it is a small apartment which does not involve complex cleaning. They actively contacted you when you fill the form and ask you to sign the agreement during the phone call. I have been asked to pay before the service and they claimed this as credit check, which does not make sense. When I checked the comments in Trustpilot after booking, I feel quite anxious, but it cannot be canceled. And they called several times to make sure that you pay by bank transfer. It's up to you to choose which company.
Result of the moving service with this company:
1 furniture severely damaged, which is the price of the entire moving service just by itself.
1 furniture mildly damaged. 2 picture frame completely destroyed.
The phone operator pressuring us during the move so we pay right away otherwise they stop moving our stuff I guess? so weird, why not just sending us a bill we aren't thieves.
I would put 0 stars if I could.

They send college boys to clean your place. People that who wouldn’t know how to clean even their own room. I had to clean everything after them. Terrible service.

This is not a trustworthy service.
We book ahead of time and the price seemed fair but not cheaper than other companies. The day of the cleaning they called after 2 hours saying they didnt finished yet and will ask us for more money or wouldn't clean the place. They complained that the place wasnt clean when they arrived. The place was cleaned except not vacuum. After we agreed to pay them more money they still didnt clean the surfaces, cabinets or drawers... overall very unprofessional and a borderline storsion
