I ordered coffee from their advertisment. I paid in full in advance. I received an order confirmation. Then I noticed order cancelled. I called their sales line who said they have no record of my order. I then received emails confirming they had cancelled my order. I telephoned their sales line this morning and spoke to the rudest most unhelpful woman I have ever encountered. She could not have been more unhelpful and was blatantly rude. So no coffee and no money back.3
