don't love it

Most of the times the buses are so loud and you can feel EVERY pothole
also a couple times I had some problems with the drivers and I had to contact the customer service (which was efficient and polite)
also in the last year Stagecoach instead the price of the tickets 😀

The updates at the bus stop and the app remain as unreliable as ever. Hard luck if you're with children or struggle with the heat or your health. App said 1127, bus stop said 10 minutes to go at 1125, I waited in the shade for the 1135 arrival, and it shot past me at 1129. There are no words to describe how frustrating the real time updates are. STAGECOACH! PLEASE SORT THIS OUT.

Total waste of space even though we've put complaints in about there being no signage or no stops at the cavernsfield turn people were stood there waiting for the bus yet the website hasn't been updated. I complained.
All they did is shrug their shoulders say it's the council's fault pushing the blame again. Why should the general public have to put up with this shoddy bus service? No information about route changes at all..

Worse driver ever

How dangerous your driver was today in Holderness road about 13.30 13.50 hull,
Bus route 13 nearly crashed into me and was inches of a learner driver swiping the mirror off the car, & swerved violently at a crossing that was on red nearly running the pedestrians crossing the road over when they had right of way.
I sounded my horn and nothing.

He went through red lights like he/she is on a mission

Bus X40 from Wynyard to Stockton 3pm yesterday 6.8.25 lady driver was really pleasant when we got on and off bus, she was an excellent driver unlike the grumpy bad tempered driver coming home from Billingham to Wynyard at approx 5.50 pm, he had a real nasty rant at a man because he said he pulled his ticket out too fast causing the bus to be delayed everyone on the bus fell silent he was so aggressive, just no need he is in the wrong job!

Terrible service

Terrible service. Unfortunately, this company provides the only bus connection for some people in my local town, which makes their poor performance even more frustrating. Their operations are disgraceful and give the impression that they have complete disregard for their passengers. My most recent experience involved waiting at the bus stop for a bus that was delayed by an hour, only to find out—60 minutes after its scheduled time—that it had been cancelled. No updates, no communication. It felt like a sick joke.

Coach X99 HSO 54131. Moron.

Stupid and inconsiderate drivers still pummelling through 20mph villages in north east Scotland unfortunate enough to find themselves on the abhorrent NC500.
One imbecile really out did themselves in terms of outright laziness and stupidity by stopping right outside the Stag's Head pub on Golspie Main Street around 19:00 on 19/7/25. For a considerable length of time ON DOUBLE YELLOWS.
Amazing. And terrifying that this bottom feeder has a license to drive. Not just a car but a massive bus full of football supporters. So not actual human beings, granted.
Even more stupendous that a mere few metres further on, THERE'S AN ACTUAL COACH PARK.
No, instead he saw fit to cause chaos on a major trunk road for a bunch of trogs who were also causing a massive disturbance to residents and actually running about in the road. Society wouldn't miss them.
Two emails to these cretins have gone ignored.

MARGATE OPEN TOP TOUR BUS

HAD A NICE DAY AT MARGATE AND WENT ON OPEN TOP TOUR.
GREAT EXPERIENCE AND WELL WORTH THE £6 DAY TICKET TO SEE ALL ROUND MARGATE.
DRIVER WAS VERY POLITE AND IT HAS A LOT TO SEE.
WILL DO AGAIN AS YOU CAN HOP ON AND OFF AT ANY STOP ON THE ROUTE AND GET ON THE NEXT BUS.
DESERVE A 5* FOR A GREAT RIDE AND SEEING PARTS OF THE AREA I HAVE NEVER SEEN.
NEEDS A 30 MINUTE SERVICE AS ONLY RUNS AN HOURLY SERVICE AND COULD DO WITH SOME SORT OF COMMANTRY TO TELL YOU ABOUT THE AREAS LIKE THE LONDON TOURS DO.

The worst bus service in Kent

The worst bus service in Kent especially in my area, constantly late and has been this way for years, since covid it's never returned to the same service it once was, your literally csnt rely on this public transport mainly the number 8 and 8A abysmal service and timing, sometimes waiting up to 20 to 30 mins, some dont even show up or pass you by not stopping, when look on the app every bus is late every day pretty much for the last 4 years or so, they can be late and then can't even show up at the late time and even more late it's highly frustrating and a unreliable service, it's made me late to appointments and so much as even being kick off my dentist list due to being late and had to fight to get back in it, your always having to travel out earlier than need to, even then them buses are late, it's a dreadful service and below par for public transport which personally I have to rely on daily pretty much. The constant late buses and missing appointments does effects my mental health being autistic and having a number of conditions on the spectrum which it effects with me, I have made many complaints over the years and nothing has changed if anything it's worse when will stagecoach do somthing to combat this constant issue, it's not acceptable by any standard and excuses why have run dry with me, the amount of time I waste daily on late buses and hanging around waiting is a joke if you add it all up it would amount to weeks even months of wasted time whcih you are never compensated for in any way it's a joke of a service and if I had the choice of another company to use id switch in a heartbeat it's just a shame there isn't another company running buses like they do down south West where one is more superior to stagecoach.
It's not fair customers have to endure such a unreliable service and some have their mental health effected by it or even worse so much time wasted due to it.
The amount of not in seevife buses that pass you during this time of late buses too is a joke and an insult to people already waiting constantly on late buses.

Dreadful Late & Cancelled

Waited 20 mins on main route only to find 2 services cancelled. Waited another 15 mins for a 12, a 13 comes but doesn't stop at a12 stop it goes right past. Another 10 mins then x2 no12 turn up together. They wonder why they get such a bad name. Its taken me 48 minutes to do a 3 minute car journey. Who'd want to rely on a service run by idiots?

This incident happened when I was heading from walking to the Manchester center today at 11:57 on 15/July/2025 as the driver of this company was refusing to take 20 notes to give me a ticket as he mentioned stagecoach don't accept cash either card or contact list which is not true lovefully I'm really not happy I miss my appointment which was at one o'clock at piccadillac center I'm really disappointed and I will not be deleting my review until we see a good service from them
The autometer of this Bus has been reduced by -105310 miles in  12/04/2019MI67183 as it show in the car check data base that was a bit concern about that aswell
As well as I try to call them many times to raise my complain and I couldn't do that there was no answer for a long time therefore they should be very careful of the drivers and be more professional and do good service people don't pay rocks they pay money
