I didn’t buy enough battery operated Christmas lights from a local shop who subsequently sold out. I found that Staines and Brights had them whilst searching online.
So chuffed to find them but wasn’t convinced that I would receive them quickly. I was so happy that within a couple of days they arrived.
No complaints at all, happy to recommend.

Staines and Bright was/were absolutely superb in the whole process of this order. I was kept informed at every stage of the progress of my purchase including the option of 'a safe place' for delivery since I might not be at home to receive the parcel.
The beautiful Christmas globe which I bought was perfectly wrapped to ensure no breakage, with warning label also in the packaging.

So pleased to have found a company that take customer service to heart.
Ordered all the Kilrock Plughole Freshners (3) they had! I was informed from the moment i ordered to the time they had despatched, via Royal Mail, with tracking no. and received them 2 days later. You really can't ask for more. If i need anything else, without doubt, i'll definately buy from them again.

Best price I could find on the internet including the delivery charge. Arrived within 2 days and was very happy with the order which is a Christmas gift.

Excellent service. Well packaged. Delivery took a while but not a problem at all as kept undated. Product just as described. My daughter hasn't tried it at university yet but I know she'll be thrilled with her electric blanket.

Whilst the lights look good, the finish on parts of the wood feels rough

Delighted with new oven, it looks great and works efficiently. Delivered and installed very promptly with old oven taken away for disposal.

Good product, good delivery. I called to query the product size/quantity as I had expected a pack of 4 rather than 1 item. I spoke with the manager who was changed the wording on the online item page as we spoke & then said that after hundreds of sales, mine was the first to query this, and went on to say of the list of things she had to do that day, my £2 something sale was not high on her list. Appalling customer service & I won’t even look at this company’s products again.
