Very poor quality of service, claims online, wich is impossible to get. I ask for the cleaning my sofa and found very difficult to put claim. They not able to help me with this simple procedure.

Really experienced Technician attended & worked a miracle with our table. Derek is a real craftsman, really helpful & a top chap.

My initial contact was with a very unpleasant lady who was no help whatsoever. I did some research and emailed the CEO, who passed my claim to a senior member of staff, Ms R. O’REILLY, who couldn’t have been nicer and guided us through to getting our claim sorted….the company need someone like her as first point of contact to give a good impression of the company. The matter has been sorted, just waiting the arrival of cheque the all will be well with the world.

Very efficient service in removing a coffee stain from my sofa. Quick response to arrange an appointment after I filled in the form. I was advised by text of the time when the technician, James, would arrive. James was very police and helpful. James did a great job in removing the stain from my sofa.

Communication prior to the technician’s visit was excellent and the technician was polite, efficient and very skilled. He showed me the sofa frame repair before re-fitting the under-cover and he had done an excellent, tidy job. I was very impressed.

Really good service: got a quick sate, tech arrived on time (good info re arrival) and stain sorted! Thank you!

Fuss-free and easy, kept us informed every step of the way and it was super easy to resolve our repair/replacement. We where very happy with the results and the staff where very kind and helpful. They did exactly what they said they would and its great to see you can rely on this cover.

However,Fabb Furniture the supplier were far from good.They eventually supplied a new hide cover,after much chasing(2 years ).

New recliner chair sustained a very visible stain over Xmas but once contacted and photos submitted the process was quite smooth and straightforward with agent attending quite quickly
