I had questions about my order and Tom took the time to explain things to me and then ensured I was sent out the item that I was actually looking for. He also took the time to provide me with an update when the new order wasn't shipped out as quickly as anticipated.....due to the Hurricane! They where knowledgeable and helpful. I found my parts that I ordered at a different site for $3 a Foot cheaper than what I paid. This was very disappointing.

Needed a baluster for my staircase, which was hard to find. Was able to get the exact match. Came within a week and nicely wrapped in perfect condition.

I placed two orders with Stair Parts USA for balusters, newels and hardware. Both orders were shipped correctly, items were received in perfect condition and faster than the estimated delivery date; the price was better than a local lumber company. I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering purchasing stair parts.

Slow shipping

The value was good and I loved the balusters and shoes we received, but I emailed afterwards to ask about shipping some additional shoes and got no response. When I went to order additional shoes, the shipping cost was more than the shoes. I haven't ordered the additional shoes yet because I don't want to over pay for shipping. So, I'm reasonably satisfied and would have given 5 stars if they had helped resolve the shipping issues with the additional shoes.
