Very disappointing support experience.
I contacted support regarding my birthday bonus and was told to wait 48 hours. More than 50 hours have now passed, and I still haven't received the bonus, any email, or even a proper update.
What's more frustrating is that support has stopped replying altogether. I've sent multiple follow-up messages and have received no response for over 16 hours. A simple update would be appreciated, but being ignored after being asked to wait is unacceptable.
I expected better customer service and communication. Hopefully this issue gets resolved soon.

STAKE MANAGER HELP ME!
For me, Stake.com has always been the best platform out there. I have been a member since 2022, and although I have never had the privilege of winning the Saturday lottery or being selected for the Discord Saturday Bonus, I have always respected and supported the platform.
However, this week I felt very disappointed with Stake and with the lack of clear communication toward players.
I believe every player’s dream is to reach Platinum level. Stake was a pioneer among sports betting and casino platforms by rewarding its members with birthday bonuses, weekly bonuses, monthly bonuses, and VIP rewards — something many other platforms later copied. My brother has had a Stake account since 2018, and I personally follow many Stake social channels and have contact with some moderators.
I decided to publicly share my issue in the hope that Eddie Craven, or someone close to him, may see this and help me. I am fully willing to provide any information necessary. Unfortunately, at this moment, I feel misled by a platform that I truly loved and supported for years.
Recently, I reached Platinum 3 after making many deposits during the week to achieve this VIP level. Based on my recent activity, my Platinum 3 level-up reward, and 42 days of reloads, I expected to receive around $900 in total rewards.
Instead, support only gave me $160 and told me I was not eligible to receive the full reward. I was also given 42 days of reloads worth only $0.60 per day.
I would sincerely like to understand what I did wrong or what rule I supposedly broke to be punished with such a low reward. This kind of treatment is extremely discouraging, especially for a long-time player.
I truly hope someone from Stake can review my case and help me. Because if this is how veteran players are treated, I may unfortunately have no choice but to stop playing on Stake.

I am beyond disappointed with Stake and their birthday bonus system. Stake has been my primary casino for the last six or seven years; I deposit almost daily and have lost thousands of dollars annually. I’m not naive—I know the house always wins—and I’m not here to complain about the losses themselves. I actually enjoy the platform and generally find it to be a fair casino. However, the $25 birthday bonus I received is utterly embarrassing on Stake’s behalf.
While I realize a birthday bonus isn't a requirement, the way they handle it is flawed. You usually have to hunt down support to even receive one rather than it being automated. For a loyal player who has been active daily for over half a decade, receiving $25 is a slap in the face—especially considering the massive profits this platform generates.
To put this in perspective: BetOnline gave me a $50 birthday bonus, and I only play there about once a month. For Stake to not even muster a couple hundred dollars for a long-term, high-volume player is truly sad. It’s chump change.
I’m giving Stake one star for this lack of respect. Do better, Stake. Treat your long-time loyal players with some actual appreciation instead of insulting us with "bonuses" that don't reflect our history with your site.
