I placed an order on 12/13/25 and I reached out a little bit afterwards to inquire about when my order should arrive due to it being close to the holiday season. The outfit I was ordering was for my fiancé, so I wanted to be sure it would be here by Christmas. I then reached out to the listed email on the website 3x’s and no response, I even went as far as googling and found another email for them and when I sent an email to the email address listed for my order update, I got a message back a couple of days later telling me the email address is invalid. As of today the status of my order still sits unfulfilled on their website and I am unable to dispute the transaction with my bank until after Christmas. Please please think before ordering from them. I was giving them the benefit of the doubt because I read online how reputable they were and my fiancé spoke highly about how he use to rock their coats back in the day, so I figured I’d surprise him with an outfit- but that’s down the trash.
