AVOID!!

Well, they issued a document, so at least I managed to run my stand at a fair. Tried to get copies, no reply. I think I was lucky that there were no problems at the fair, I would have been scuppered. Very well presented con, do not touch them with a bargepole.

AVOID

AVOID - scam company that take funds and then do not respond to any correspondence. Not UK based despite how they have made their website look and not regulated. Use Market Traders instead.

They took my payment twice and issued 2…

They took my payment twice and issued 2 policies for the same year. I emailed the same day and asked for the second policy to be cancelled and to be refunded. By their own advertising, there is a 14 day cooling off period and a no quibble refund policy. That is the law on distance selling I believe in the UK. No telephone number to contact either.
Having sent numerous emails, nothing has been repaid, and no contact from them. I was sent 2 certificates so someone is there.
Checked with Companies House, and it says this company was dissolved in 2017.
DO NOT USE

Stallholders.org (market insurance) AVOID

Stallholders.org. (Insurance for market traders)

AVOID!!!! Do not buy a policy. They take funds but don’t send a policy or respond to any correspondence.
So you buy but can’t trade.

Purchased a market insurance for trading at craft fairs on 5/8/22
£59
Money was taken same day.
I still have not received a policy certificate or confirmation email/receipt
They do not have a telephone number or email address. Just an online form.
After completing you get a message
‘our elves are working on it’

I purchase from these people every year however they have taken my money, I can’t trade without this policy and they have ignored eight emails.
I have even gone through to legal assistance trying to get to someone.
No reply.

Going to my bank to try to help me.

Avoid!!!!
