OMG I didn’t realise my solicitor was over paying my stamp duty. These guys are amazing. Before you pay your stamp it’s worth a call. They have saved me £23500 on two properties.

John did an excellent job with our claim. Our situation was that we purchased a house from 3 other beneficiaries in a house left in trust. Due to complications with the mortgage we had to pay full stamp duty on on the property including the percentage we inherited. This is where John did his magic and submitted a claim to get the stamp duty back on the overpayment and this was completed efficiently and quickly.
