I could not have asked for a better customer service! From my first contact to the delivery, I could not fault anything. As my first time ordering an embosser and a stamp, I was a little nervous in getting everything right, I should not have been as Sharon in customers service could not have been nice and more helpful. Thank you for such a great service and for a superb product. I just received the parcel and everting is working perfectly as it should. I will be coming back again and will recommend Stampit to anyone, they will not be disappointed.

Great customer service.
I wanted to make a repeat order without having to recreate the artwork. Sharon processed this quickly and easily for me. Stamps are good quality and easy to use.

I wanted to re-order some stamps I purchased last year but couldn't find the ones I wanted on the website. I contacted customer service via webchat. I had the original order number and a lovely lady called Sharon, ordered it for me. She sent me payment link and done. So quick, no hassle and easy. Excellent service

I recently ordered a 50mm Clay Potter Stamp with the walnut handle (deep) from Stampit and had a great experience. I placed the order on Tuesday and it arrived by Thursday morning, which was impressively fast.

The staff were really helpful throughout the process and the service was smooth from start to finish. The stamp itself is excellent quality and produces a clear, deep impression, which is perfect for my pottery work. You can really see the precision in the engraving and it feels durable and well made.

Overall, a great product and great service – I’d definitely recommend Stampit to anyone looking for a quality custom stamp.

Great company and excellent customer service. Dean was always very helpful with replies.
My design was done without no hassle.
The only feedback I would have is to send an email when the order is dispatched with the tracking, and some sort of instructions to set up the stamp.
Maybe an updated video, as the current one isn’t very clear.

I had a problem which Dean rectified in an efficient and quick manner. I am delighted with my new stamp. Thank you Dean. !I always judge a company by the way they handle a problem… 5 stars in this instance !

I asked this company to help design my stamp and was willing to pay any costs for the help and design but was told do it yourself mate

I wrote on a piece of paper, in Italics, of how I wanted my stamp to look. Stampit printed them in Times New Roman-like font. They didn’t bother asking if it was ok. I wrote to complain about it and they said I should have sent a digital copy. The stamp just didn’t look nice & anyone with a sense of style could see this. Very disappointing for a first time purchase.

We bought 2 jesmonite stamps with the NOTE how we need our stamps. No one care you spend how much money and customer service didn't follow up at all. I wish I can attached how our stamps looks like after 2 use. DONT BUY.

I didn't expect my order to arrive so quickly. Very good products and exactly what I wanted. Customer service team I spoke to were very fast to reply and helpful. Will be using them again for future orders.

I am a frequent customer and there are just too many mistakes from this company. Poor correspondence, and orders always going missing. This has happened many times over five years of using this company. It is the frequency of errors that is frustrating. A company I can no longer depend on for a consistent professional service.

Stamp it have been extremely responsive and helpful. I’ve had an issue with one of the stamps and they were brilliant, a new one arrived the very next day, super helpful, would go back without hesitation. Completely recommend them.

Absolutely superb customer service from Alana, both over the phone and later email. It is SO rare these days to call a company and speak to a person who can help you straight away. My request was dealt with so well, made my day. Thank you very much!

I was reccomended the company by a friend and so glad I went with them. It was a rush job for a stamp for a charity event. They have been so helpful and very fast! They even suggested an option that was cheaper - so not putting profit first! I will be using them again...

Incredibly stressful process making the order as they don’t have access to the font that’s used to illustrate the product and then the stamp arrived and the first name and surname were the wrong way round.

A very poor quality product and not fit for purpose. I thought I had ordered a custom rubber stamp. I was sent a stamp with rubber lettering stuck onto self adhesive foam and paper backing. The rubber lettering is hanging off and with the paper backing you could not clean the stamp to change colour, even if the lettering was properly attached.
I have given one star as the item was posted quickly.
