I ordered a frame and the lead time on the website was correct.
Packaging was good, parts were complete and after having built up the bike it rides like a charm (Pfadfinder).

Small order !
The team listens, responds quickly to emails and is responsive on social media.
As for the delivery, to send to France we have no choice but to pay 16€ FEDEX delivery and I had to wait 5 days.
For supposedly an EXPRESS delivery at this price the I find it a bit expensive.
Otherwise the main positive is the products are of good quality.

Nice service
Nice service, nice bikes and a very nice showroom.
Within four days I had the bike at home - Berlin to "Frankfurt" - what a dream :-)
Maybe it would be nice if you have advice on you website on how to adjust the different groupsets - configurate the shifters, buttons...
But that would only be a bonus :-)
