I have a love/hate relationship with the software and the tech support. I can get the same hideous level of tech support from Wix or Weebly and pay monthly, or just once here. I can deal with Wix's mobile site's being utterly non-responsive and manual editing of every single element needed or deal with Standout having a couple of modules that don't re-size optimally. I have built 8 sites now and it is worth it, though simple things, like editing text blocks can be stupidly hap-hazard as the editor constantly kicks you out of the editing mode if your cursor goes outside the box. Time and patience gets you a decent website. The other guy saying static website only? What? He wants dynamic content generation for $97? Absurd. This gets the job done, and has raw html embedding available to customize more complex elements, though no way to make them CENTERED on the page once you go HTML.

Super happy and satisfied with what I got. For that price for unlimited websites, I thought I have to do more works but their templates are very useful. Love the website I was able to create and the process was pretty smooth too.

For the support, it is not live chat so do have to wait a while but in my experience they are very helpful.

I'm so disappointed as the advertising made it seem an ideal platform. Documentation is limited. You get 40second sound bytes with a that's it ending. Got an issue as a customer I shouldn't have to wait 3-4days for their "tech team " to review and the answer is so vague.
Will say it's not at all comparable to the webbuilder they say it outshines. Sadly we will lose $$ NO REFUND WHAT SO EVER.
The latest reply after,I explained my client is highly upset and has moved on. "-Sorry about that"

Using standout.digital for more than a month. In my view, the site builder platform has very limited features available. it's nowhere close to other site builder platforms.
you can use it to make static sites, a site without any form. eCommerce template is also with limited features. User can't log in so can't track their order and order history. There is only a Credit card payment option available.
Worst support. I created a 'Coming soon' page for my website. I used the mailing list feature of the platform and connected it to my MailChimp mailing list. But that feature never worked. Even after three weeks, their team is not able to make the feature working. Imagine, if that happened to a live site, how they are going to support it. Finally, I moved my site to another service provider.

I love it! It's affordable and comes up a support chat so I'm pretty happy about my purchase :) Hope they will keep improving though.

I really don't know where to start. To be honest this is the norm these days. Where businesses are thrown together like little boys playing wrestling. Let's start with the website builder, it's very limited in functionality and for me as well as others I have came across in their Facebook group, there's quite a few bugs and issues, here's a few examples when trying to resize a video you can't even get into the settings to make that change. Plus I had to use a pc command as a workaround for copy and paste, meaning I couldn't right click to paste any within the platform. The blogs section for the images doesn't resize itself which makes the presentation of it look unprofessional. Not to mention some of the section/ items you add isn't optimized for smartphones. I hate to say the customer service experience for me wasn't any better. From lying about summiting info to the dev team to no presence at all in there Facebook group. Everyman for himself, well if you really look at it that's not a bad thing, the community helps out alot, that's the real cs. I can go on for days but I think you get the idea. This company really STANDOUT for all the wrong reasons.
