Great Stickers, Online chat is great, email contact not so great.

First off, the stickers are great. Second, the online chat feature works well. In fact, it saved me from disaster as my stickers did have a deadline. Third, I tried to email the company but it got lost in the shuffle. I kept getting emails asking me to approve my proof before the order would be processed. I understand that. However, after a week passed with multiple emails I used the contact email to ask why. No response. That's when I used the chat feature. Here's the timeline: 8/4/25 Ordered, 8/4/25 approved proof, 8/10/25 requested help via email, 8/15/25 received the stickers, 8/20/25 received email stating they had received my email and would get back to me, 8/21/25 received email stating everything resolved. This was an awful lot of effort for a small order.

Hi Michele, thank you for bringing this to our attention. It looks like one of our newer employees forgot to mark your order as in production after you approved the proof. We'll review this with him and hopefully it won't happen in the future. The system will automatically email you a reminder until the status is switched to 'production' which is the reason for all the extra emails you received. Thanks for your patience, and in the end, I'm happy you like the stickers! We'll do better next time.
