We focus our business on traditional, value for money services through our committed team and tried, tested and trusted experience. Stanley Travel were founded over 65 years ago in 1961. Back then we were Stanley Taxis, with just two taxis in a wooden hut. Today, we have over 80 vehicles and are North Durham’s largest taxi operator and a major employer with more than 90 staff. We still offer taxi services across the region, but we also have coach services, day trips and bus services, as well as corporate travel at both home and abroad.
