Both Eric and Gordon arrived on time
Both Eric and Gordon arrived on time. They were very pleasant and got to work right away. The installation process took about 4 hours and they made sure my mother and I understood how the stairlift worked. Gave us all the information we need but in case we had any other questions, to be sure to call office. We only had the stairlift for a week but so far the whole experience was great. Would recommend them if you need stairlifts.

The sales rep, Jamie, was great. The installation went very quickly and smoothly and the installers were polite and tidy.
I would have given you 5 stars but it took too long to be made and shipped. I had to wait into the 7th week and I am disabled and was barely able to climb the stairs. Very happy with the product.

Good experience...excellent product.
The stairlift came within a week of ordering. Excellent turnaround. We were told that the installation would take 2-3 hours. It actually took close to 5 hours, which prevented us from running a planned errand. Nonetheless, it was installed professionally and well. It was our installer's first solo installation, and so it was acceptable. He was courteous and professional. His tutorial on how to use it was clear, and he answered our questions to our satisfaction.
We are very happy with the stailift.

The whole process was fast
The whole process was fast - from first phone call to request home assessment - to fast scheduled date for installing two Stannah Stairlifts in my home. Eric C. installed the stairlifts - came prepared - his expertise was very apparent, even reinforced two steps on cellar stairs for the second chairlift. Also, instructed my husband to use the stairlifts with confidence and ease...allowing us to remain in our home. Review was written by John’s wife, Jean.

Wonderful Company
Josh and Matt did a wonderful job removing our old stairlift and placing in the new one. They explained everything to us and were very knowledgeable. They were friendly, neat and clean. We would recommend this company to anyone looking to purhase a stairlift!
