Stannah made our lives easier. Gene installed our outdoor stairlift yesterday. He did a thoroughly professional job and took the extra time to adjust the seat and stopping points to better suit my 95 year old mother's height. He reviewed the manual and explained everything to me.

Smooth sailing
Outdoor stair lift working flawlessly - installation team was prompt, polite & professional as was customer service, both before and after the sale.
One thing I failed to consider when contemplating this purchase was not only would it allow my 85 year old mom to stay in her house being able to easily get in and out, but it has had the added benefit of enabling friends and family with similar difficulty on stairs to visit.
One of the best decisions I've made & mom loves it!

Stannah's people make the difference!
Stannah has a showroom in Franklin, MA, to see/test their products, and their staff is knowledgeable, courteous, and willing to be of any assistance desired. Their outdoor stairlift is engineered for outdoor use, not converted from indoor use.
