I ordered some products and I chose to leave the box open because I was waiting for some new oils to arrive. I waited for two weeks for the new oils to arrive and when I bought the oils I forgot to close the box. I ordered some more products just so I could close the box, and Stansfields send just the oils I bought. The box was not send. I send and email to their costumer service and the person from customer service (Kyle) admitted it was a mistake of their system but didn't offer to send my package but told me they will send it once I make another order. I asked for a refund (£91.12) because I wasn't planning to order anything else and they just ignored my email. I never got a reply after that (it's been a week). I have ordered from this company for a few years and I wasn't expecting this type of treatment over a mistake from their end. Safe to say I will not be ordering from this company anymore.

The best company! I’ve been ordering from Stansfields for a while now and I’ve been pleased with every single order! They always dispatch so quickly and always arrives the next day. I’ve just placed another order like 5 mins ago and it’s already been dispatched. Amazing! Have lots of products to choose from too. Fab prices and always well packed! Brilliant company all round! The sheer quantity of different fragrances are out of this world and whilst some might not be as strong as the others, the scent throw for wax melts is superior. Always packaged well, a freebie every now and then is fab and their prices are affordable. Thanks so much for being my number 1 wax and fragrance oil supplier

Always been a fantastic company for fragrance oils. I will often come to Stansfields for the best oils and by far the biggest range I've seen. Oils are on point and I've never had one I've not liked. Definately one to try if you haven't already.

I have used Stanfields for about 4 years and never had a bad experience. Some of their oils are my best sellers. Lemon Marshmallow Buttercream, Caramelised Vanilla & Macademia, Candyfloss & Marshmallow. They do amazing oils, neon and liquid dyes, there house blend service is always an amazing service.

I've been buying from stansfieds for over 4 years now! I wouldn't go anywhere else. Their assessments are absolutely amazing (especially when I've got sensitive skin i can use theirs) they're cheap. The oils are always spot on and they're there if anyone is needing help a lovely business run by some lovely people!

What an amazing company. Fast dispatch and delivery. Oils are phenomenal, my customers have gone insane for Duvet Day especially! Such a huge range of choice, bigger than any supplier I’ve ever seen. I’m just amazed by how quickly my orders have been dispatched and delivered, plus by the beautiful fragrances I’ve made some amazing melts that my customers and I love. In my opinion there is not a single supplier that can beat the range and speed/efficiency of Stansfields. Excellent customer service 5*!

Fast delivery & a great range of fragrance oils! Delivery and dispatch was fast, postage kinda high (to Northern Ireland) compared to other companies, however I will deffo be ordering from this company again. I would recommend them!

I have purchased from Stansfields Fragrance Oils LTD six times now, although in actuality it was only two deliveries! Both times after making the initial order, I discovered a few more options that i just HAD to purchase, twice!!! Both times I have called them up, and they have suggested that I purchase the second (and third 😅😂) order, but to use an option for the shipping labelled "add to existing order". This is (thankfully) a free option! I'm exceedingly glad I was able to add these extra items to my order, as so many fragrance oils that I "want", not need, were in their current sale, so it was a real treat to be able to try some extra scents out without paying either a fortune extra for shipping, or having to wait to make another order...

I'm not sure how big of a company Stansfields actually are, but I said to the gentleman on the telephone (Kyle) that I am honestly astounded by the quality of their fragrance oils. I have not yet had a single one that was anything less that absolutely heavenly! I've previously used a lot of companies' fragrance oils, from the UK, the USA, China, Korea and Australia. Whilst it can certainly be said that previously my scents from USA and Korea were far and away my favourites, I can say that honestly the fragrance oils from this company have surpassed my wildest expectations. Beautiful fragrance oils!🩷 Whether a simple scent (and I infinitely prefer simple scents) or a complex blended scent, Stansfield's are far and away the best! 👌👍🩷 Their customer service skills are great too, fast, helpful, and effective, so the fact that they are both a small business, and local (under 100 miles away) is of massive value to me! Customer for life right here! Try them out, I can guarantee that you will not be disappointed!

I've made 12 orders in 3 months (pretty much an order a week). Never had an problems and the dispatch time is impeccable - usually within an hour.

Products are amazing and the oils are long lasting. Glitters are fantastic and I love the unique delipots.
