Open, impatient rudeness. Long wait for the car to be returned. I mistook the company, due to their name, as being affiliated with the airport. I won't use them again.

DANGEROUS AVOID
0 STARS — HORRIFIC, THREATENING & DANGEROUS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. PLEASE READ.
I honestly cannot find the words to describe how shaken and terrified I was after this experience. Please do not use this company. Your safety is not a priority here.
The drop-off was bad enough: turned up to a muddy field in the middle of nowhere — no proper car park, cars dumped everywhere, no staff on site. Someone eventually arrived 10 minutes later, took our keys, and left us standing around in the mud. The shuttle was a tiny, cramped van — and then they demanded an extra £20 charge hidden away in tiny fine print or refused to go anywhere. They kept us waiting while they filled the van, with zero concern that we might miss our flight. But the return experience was absolutely traumatising.
After a 4-hour flight, exhausted and cold at 1am: I phoned for our pickup — and the man on the other end of the line was very very unhelpful, screaming abuse down the phone at me, threatening me repeatedly, shouting for us to "f* off" over and over again.** I have never in my entire life been spoken to like that — it was truly disgusting, cruel, and completely dehumanising. I felt so incredibly vulnerable and distressed.
He refused to come and collect us, left us stranded for 45 minutes in the freezing cold in the early hours of the morning, then turned his phone off and blocked my number. This business appears to be run by ten or more intimidating men — the whole operation feels aggressive and unsafe from start to finish. I genuinely feared for my safety and had to call the police just to feel safe enough to get away.
This isn't just bad service — this is dangerous. These people are hostile, aggressive bullies who should never be allowed to operate any kind of business. Please, AVOID!!! Do not put yourself through this.
NEVER USE
HOCKING – CAR RETURNED DAMAGED, KEYS LEFT ON TYRE AND £1,634.40 REPAIR BILL
I would strongly advise anyone travelling through Stansted Airport to avoid using this Meet & Greet parking operator.
I entrusted my Audi Q3 to Stansted Airport Parking Services (SPS) between 14 and 21 September 2026, expecting a professional and secure parking service.
Instead, I returned from my holiday to discover damage to my vehicle, rubbish left inside and my car keys inexplicably left on the tyre.
Yes, rather than someone meeting me and handing back the keys to my vehicle, as you would reasonably expect from a paid Meet & Greet service, they had simply been left on the tyre.
Given the damage discovered upon collection, I find the circumstances of this handover extremely concerning. It certainly raises serious questions about how my vehicle was handled whilst in their care.
I have now obtained a professional repair quotation totalling £1,634.40.
To make matters worse, despite submitting photographic and video evidence, sending repeated emails and making numerous attempts to have the matter investigated, I have received no satisfactory explanation or resolution.
How can a company entrusted with customers' vehicles treat their property in this manner and then fail to properly address a complaint when something goes wrong?
The complete lack of communication, accountability and professionalism has been staggering.
I am now arranging for the repairs to be carried out at my own expense and intend to pursue legal proceedings to recover the costs if the matter remains unresolved.
For a service that is supposed to offer convenience and peace of mind when travelling, this has been the complete opposite. What should have been a straightforward airport parking booking has turned into an expensive and incredibly frustrating ordeal.
I WOULD NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH MY VEHICLE AGAIN.
Save yourself the stress, expense and aggravation. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company under any circumstances.
ONE STAR IS ONE STAR TOO MANY.
DONT USE THIS COMPANY
just picked my car up it has been returned dirty both inside and out mud on all 4 mats - we dont use the back, wind mirrors out of place mud splattered on the car and a full tank of petrol gone- DONT USE THIS COMPANY
SPS meet and greet parking
SPS meet and greet parking - we realised we messed up by paying cheap as soon as we arrived, email clearly states orange car park, so that’s where we drove, got to the ticket area to be told it’s a third party service so we had to call. When we did, they said on the phone that we had to go green car park as orange was “closed”, it definitely wasn’t as other cars were going in. I purposely booked the orange car park as it’s only a minute walk however, from green id say it’s about 7-10 mins as they made us drive to the top of the multi story, and the guy came out of a random car, it was all very odd. My car returned as tho they’d been doing donuts in a muddy field, it was filthy. Not to mention upon arrival back into England, we waited a further 40 mins for the car to arrive after our collection time. You also need to allow an extra £26 on top of the cost as you have to pay the parking fees which doesn’t make much sense when you’re already paying for the parking/meet & greet prior. Overall I’d say avoid, unless you really do just need a cheap fix for your holiday.
Rude
Open, impatient rudeness. Long wait for the car to be returned. I mistook the company, due to their name, as being affiliated with the airport. I won't use them again.
Terrible service DO NOT USE
Terrible service - do not use!!
You have to pay hidden charges, which is the short term parking fee to enter and exit each time which is currently £13 ADDITIONAL to the valet service. Waited ages (over half an hour) both times, particularly annoying on the return as I gave more than enough notice. When you’re travelling, it’s not the stress or time pressure you want to be dealing with and the complete opposite of what the service is meant to provide. Final straw was that I got my car back FILTHY, mud on my leather seat and footwell despite it being dry both at drop off and pick up. I complained and had to chase numerous times before being acknowledged then delay tactics were employed that they will look at CCTV but never replied to me and didn’t compensate me for the cleaning. I cannot stress enough that it is cheaper and safer to use the official parking site and AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Absolute scam.
If it was possible to give 0 stars then…
If it was possible to give 0 stars then I would! DO NOT USE! Left waiting over an hour for the car, to be kept being told it’s on its way. Stop answering my calls. To then find out they left it in the hotel carpark which wasn’t agreed, with the key left on the wheel for her 3 hours!
Awful company
Awful from start to finish
Awful from start to finish. Arrived at the car park which is essentially a muddy field with the worst potholes (we went over one so hard when leaving to be driven to the airport, the driver hard to stop and inspect the car for damage). No signs or directions for where to park, just chaos with car everywhere.
We had called in advance but on arrival where told we would need to wait a there was no-one to take us. Having been told 3 times it would be at least a 15 minute wait and complaining, they said they would take us in a personal car. This appeared and was the filthiest car - we had to wait for the to clear the seats of rubbish, clothes, empty bottles etc..
Before leaving we were charged £20 to cover the airport drop off car park charges - as was the other passenger they put in the car, meaning they were doubling charging for the trip. To make it worse, the driver dropped us of around the back of a nearby hotel, not at the airport - so they could avoid the charges they have just made us pay. Despite the booking confirmation stating they drop you directly to the airport, we ended up at a hotel that was a 10 minutes walk with luggage and up stairs to get to the airport itself.
Return journey was worse. Again we called them and were told to walk back to the hotel for collection - I argued that this was not the service we paid for and they tried to convince me that they paid the hotel which was why I had to pay them - there is no barrier/ANPR at all at the hotel. Left with no choice we walked to the hotel. When we arrived there was another couple waiting and after 25-30 minutes a family turned up as did a single passenger.
After waiting approx 40 minutes a taxi turned up, packed the family, and all other passenger into the car and told us to carry on waiting as they didn't have a car for us. Collection took nearly and hour, and when we arrived back to thge car pck it was the same chaos. We had to find someone who then handed the keys back and walked away - no directions to where the car was in a field of maybe 200 cars. Having spent 15 minutes trying to find my car with no help, we finally crawled out of the field to avoid damaging the car.
Could not recommend less. Rude, augmentative and clearly ripping customers off
Cowboys
They are listed as Premium Park and Ride on the Fly Park Compare website. Here's what I said to them:
Hello,
I booked 'Premium Park and Ride' at Stansted. Despite 4.9 stars on your website, this is a cowboy outfit, and I would encourage you to check them out and consider delisting them. But I believe they are actually Stansted Parking Services.
They wanted an extra £10 each way for airport transfer. This is mentioned in the email, but unmentioned at the point of booking.
That's not a big deal, but this is. They won't respond to their calls or messages, so we were stuck at the airport calling them repeatedly, and poised to book a taxi on return, before they finally arrived. They do private car transfers (not buses, as some of the reviews suggest). It's a muddy field. The reviews are totally out of kilter with out experience and those listed on Trusted Reviews.
Cowboy operation
Cowboy operation. Understaffed and unfriendly while not even cheap.
Booked this online for a 3 day short stay. I didn’t read reviews and mistakenly assumed I was booking a legitimate park and ride service.
Arrrived to drop car at 5.50am. Car park was unlit and no attendant around, despite seeing multiple empty customer cars left with lights and engines on. Office was open but empty with customer car keys sprawled over a desk for anyone to take. It was spooky and unsafe. Rang the provided number multiple times but got no answer. Other customers turned up and eventually a couple of attendants turned up without apology for the delay.
When we were finally in the taxi we were shown a card reader and asked to pay another £20 before he would set off, it felt more like being robbed at gunpoint than a customer focussed service. This charge was not explained at booking and took the total cost beyond Stansteds official parking service.
The taxi driver was an ununiformed boy racer who didn’t seem to follow the traditional rules of the road and instantly sped through a red light, leaving us to wonder if we would even make it on holiday, let alone have a car there when we got back.
They ask you to phone to arrange the taxi back, despite this they still failed to arrive even close to the agreed time and waited 45 minutes for our taxi. Another group were waiting for 90 minutes for the same taxi and we had to awkwardly get in the car as he told them he would be coming back for them.
Awful experience that I will avoid next time, however the car was fortunately fine when I was eventually returned to it, unlike other reviews I have now read.
Terrible service, with £20 add on charge.
Terrible service, and costing £20 more than advertised since they ask for a £20 drop off & pick-up charge when you arrive before taking you to the airport. The ride is in a banger of a people carrier and not a mini-bus and you get dropped off at a hotel 15 mins walk from the airport.
When I left my car keys with the rep I wasn’t given a receipt / email to confirm and on my return I had to wait 30 mins at the pickup location (Hilton hotel). Also my car had been rearranged internally as if someone had used the passenger seat to take a nap 😴.
Very disappointing experience
Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience with SPS Car Parking at Stansted Airport and would not use them again.
When our car was returned to us, it was brought back in a disgusting condition. We were also charged an additional £20 fee, which we were not expecting.
The communication and customer service were extremely poor. The driver did not explain anything to us, and we found it very difficult to locate them when we arrived. On our return to the airport, they were also late picking us up, which was particularly frustrating after a long journey.
We were dropped off at a car park rather than directly outside the airport, which was inconvenient. Even more concerning, the driver was smoking inside the car while we were travelling in it, which we found completely unacceptable.
They did not take any details or properly document the condition of our vehicle when we handed it over. They also provided no assistance whatsoever with our luggage — neither loading it into nor taking it out of the car — and did not even bother opening the boot for us.
When we returned to collect our car, the car park itself was essentially mud and not a suitable place to be handling luggage or collecting a vehicle.
Overall, the whole experience was poorly organised, unprofessional and disappointing. We expected a much better standard of service and would strongly recommend considering other parking options at Stansted.
Scam company
Took an hour and half to collect us from Hilton hotel, they took £15 cash out of my car .
When got into my car I couldn’t even pull away , I had 2 flat tires ,laughed and refused to help they also made a joke they must have popped it with a screwdriver.
Only when my husband called them they offered to pump ups when getting home in light as I was scared alone with my daughter and 3 Asian men . I have 2 nails in each tyres,

Very disappointing service. I would not recommend this company.
When I dropped off my car, I had to wait around 40 minutes to be taken to the airport. The parking area where the cars are kept is extremely poor — it is basically an open, muddy field, which is not what you would expect from a professional airport parking service.
The problems continued on the way back. I followed their instructions and called 30 minutes before I needed to be picked up, specifically to avoid delays. Despite this, I still had to wait approximately 30 minutes at the airport for the driver to arrive.
To make matters worse, the driver did not drop me off at the proper airport drop-off area. Instead, I was left in the car park of a hotel near Stansted Airport, which was inconvenient and not what I expected from the service.
Overall, the service was poorly organised, communication was disappointing, and the whole experience was stressful and inconvenient. I would definitely not use this company again.
Use customers cars to do pick up and drop off.
Use customers cars to do pick up and drop off...Shambles of a company. Car got damaged and now not responding. Got 2 replies both asking for pictures which were attached so obviously can't read either.
Scum and deserve to be shut down.
Car damaged by company, company ignoring
Car had been detailed immediately prior to drop off and was returned with very obvious damage. Prior to accepting return I took photographs and videos of the damage and called the company. I was given a complaints email which I sent the video and photographs too. No response. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
**avoid** SPS park and ride
**avoid**
Car park didn’t feel safe
Staff unfriendly
No help with bags
Transit vehicles smelt bad
Had to ring 3 times to find out where pickup was. Which ended up being ten minutes walk outside the airport
The transit vehicle smelt bad again
Booking clearly states Stansted ORANGE…
Booking clearly states Stansted ORANGE CAR PARK - that's what I needed, to be as close as possible for my 83 year old mother. When we called enroute, they told us to go to GREEN CAR Park Row C which is 15 mins walk away. Had to wait for 25 mins on return for the car to turn up - again at GREEN CAR park. Be warned, go elsewhere where you are guaranteed honest information and good service. Will never use SC Parking Ltd again
SC Parking Limited - Never Again
SC Parking Limited – Stansted Airport - Never Again
What is there to say about SC Parking Limited that doesn’t appear to have been said already. We shall try.
• Very disappointing
• Long wait for the car to be returned
• Car returned with damage
• No response whatsoever to complaint lodged
• Poor telephone service
• Overall unreliable
Not genuine meet and greet
The service we booked for late July 2026 through Compare Your Parking was called ‘Prime Meet & Greet’ but this was not like any other meet and greet service we had ever used before. All other meet and greet services we have used at various airports and particularly London airports have always collected and dropped off the vehicle directly outside the terminal. SC Parking Limited was the exception. This was not made clear at the time of booking. Rather than picking up and dropping off the vehicle in front of the terminal, the customer is directed into one of Stansted’s various car parks (in this case the Orange Car Park), which requires a further walk to the terminal.
Deceptive price
The price indicated was also deceptive, because after the booking was made, we received the parking voucher, which only informed us of further charges after the payment for parking had been made – “Airport Charges: £10 entry and exit charges payable by customer” and “The exit fees are £10 each way. These are set by Stansted Airport and maybe subject to change without notice”. So, we had to pay extra charges, once for dropping off the car and then again after collecting it. In fact, we had to pay £13 on each occasion.
Poor telephone service
The booking voucher received by email stated as follows: -
“Call on 0775 1482 588 30 minutes before you reach Stansted Airport terminal to confirm your arrival time. The driver will meet you at the drop off location: Important: If you don’t call us 30 minutes before arriving, it may delay your check-in and could cost you extra. If you're early or running late, please keep us updated so we can assist you smoothly.”
However, in the run up to our arrival, it took multiple attempts to get an answer to our call. Eventually, the lady who answered the call was very rushed, and her tone was less than entirely polite.
Vehicle returned with damage
On our return once we called them, we had to wait for over 45mins for our car to be delivered. When we examined the car, the near-side (passenger side) wheel rim was badly damaged, and part of the tyre wall had been gouged out.
We pointed this out to the driver who delivered the car back to us. He said he had no authority and could not comment. We stated that we had never had such a bad experience with an airport parking service to which he responded with “Why do you think I am leaving this company?”
We made a complaint via Compare Your Parking who wrote by way of AI to SC Parking Limited asking the company to address our complaint. We are still waiting for a response and clearly, we are not going to get one. It seems the policy is to ignore complaints and unhappy customers.
Conclusion
In our view, this company operates on a less than honest and open basis and misinforms its customers.
• Don’t fall for their dodgy sales pitch and too good to be prices.
• The ‘Prime Meet & Greet’ is most certainly NOT a genuine meet and greet service.
• It is unlikely that any concerns or issues raised will be addressed.
We will never use them again and will likely also avoid booking through the Compare Your Parking portal, who we feel do not appear to vet the companies they recommend, which reflects very badly on them as well.
