Very quick and efficient service
Very quick and efficient service. The only thing they did not do was call us to let us know the glasses were ready. They told me 3-5 days for pickup. I waited till the 7th day, hadn't heard anything back. Come to find out the glasses were ready 2 days later and no one ever called to let me know.

Was never contacted when my glasses…
Was never contacted when my glasses were ready. I had to call. We're quick to take my money but not to call me when my glasses were ready. This happened last time to so I gave it another chance but same out come next year I will find a new place to get my glasses.

Weak.prescription
The visit was quick but the technical staff very young and the experience showed. The prescription I received for the 3 pairs of glasses I was provided does not improve my vision at all and I'm not even wearing the glass that I paid $300 for. Everyone was nice and professional but I will be seeing another doctor to get true corrective lenses soon so I can drive and work without issue.

Great customer service
Great customer service. The wait time was kind of long. Even though I made an appointment and arrived at least 10 minutes earlier, I still had to wait a quite of time to get seen after my set appointment time. All of the staff are great and I got help when I had questions. I went in for an eye exam and contacts and they arrived earlier than expected as well which I loved! Will be going back for frames!
