I got 2 pairs of glasses and am really happy with them. I was notified to pick them up and went in the next day to get them. I was really surprised that no adjustments had to be made. I have worn both pair with success! I will continue to go to Stanton.

Damaged glasses.
I dint go back to Sandia Vizion because twice in a row my glasses came in damaged. I’ve returned my glasses to you guys once now. I expect my glasses to be in good shape. I’ll have to ask for my money back.

I was not notified that my glasses were ready for pickup.
Additionally, the sunglasses had gradient tinting, which i did not order. I did not accept the sunglasses and a new order was placed.
The employees were helpful and professional.

Understaffed
I had to wait quite a while for my exam despite having an appointment. I had to wait even longer to select my frames. I felt that I really couldn't ask all the questions I needed to since the staff were so busy and unavailable. I got the less-expensive progressive lenses, which are very disorienting. I might have made better choices if the staff weren't so busy. Picking up and paying took over 20 minutes as well, since everyone was helping other customers.

Lucky most question were 1 or 2. That is the only reason I knocked it one star down. Besides that everthing was great.
