Did not receive full prescription after visit. Prescription was missing some information needed to order glasses.
We had six people taking eye exams, but I feel it took a very long time to complete.

$79 turns into $700!!
When you advertise eye exam with 2 pairs of glasses for $79.00 you really should try to keep it as close to that as possible. It’s bullcrap that I got swindled for $700! I will absolutely never be back there and I will tell everyone to never use Stanton. Crooks!

getting too remote! now "tech" does exam.
It was bad enough when the eye doc was remote but at least doing the exam....I don't know a person, a tech a trained receptionist now does it, and a prescription magically appears. IF I am no longer taking the time of a DOCTOR, why do glass keep costing more and more when the only time I get is with the above. I am sure the person/tech/trained receptionist is not getting paid doctor wages. I will go back to where I can see (no pun intended) a DO.

The staff left something to be desired
The staff left something to be desired. I had to keep asking questions and the man who ended up assisting us just sat at the counter very disinterested in what was happening. And then when we went to pick up my son’s glasses, 2 pair, the staff person just set the glass cases down in front of us, didn’t open the cases to make sure they were the right ones, and before we could even try one pair on he was like “sign here that you received the glasses” and started to walk away but I said that we wanted to try each of them on first. He then walked away and never once looked at us while my son tried on his glasses. Aren’t they supposed to check the fit, make sure they are comfortable, adjust the nose pieces etc? Overall was a lackluster experience with the two gentlemen we interacted with.

Staff was engaging, helpful and patient. I was frustrated that the staff are no longer able to give you prices for upgrades and specifics, you have to select all your choices and only then is a price created.

Overall good experience
Overall good experience. When I picked up my two glasses, the man couldn’t find one of the pairs and him and another female employee started arguing about where he checked, I found the to be unprofessional to do in front of a customer. They did eventually find the glasses, they were in a separate bin from my other pair. But other than that, the staff was friendly, quick service, and helpful!
