Staff was engaging, helpful and patient. I was frustrated that the staff are no longer able to give you prices for upgrades and specifics, you have to select all your choices and only then is a price created.

The glasses I picked up didn’t look like the pair I chose. The person who helped me pick glasses chose the wrong glasses when I gave him my choice. Tf

The people you have hired are friendly/professional and really made my visit a good experience.

Overall good experience. When I picked up my two glasses, the man couldn’t find one of the pairs and him and another female employee started arguing about where he checked, I found the to be unprofessional to do in front of a customer. They did eventually find the glasses, they were in a separate bin from my other pair. But other than that, the staff was friendly, quick service, and helpful!

I came in knowing exactly what I wanted: the heavily advertised $79 special (two pairs of glasses and an eye exam). Since having PRK surgery years ago, I just wanted to check my eye health, confirm if I needed reading glasses, and get a reliable prescription so I could order custom lenses for my VR headset and smart glasses.
I was paying out of pocket on a fixed income and explained this clearly to the intake staff, who were originally very friendly and understanding.

Then came the upsell.

Another employee stepped in and completely disregarded what I asked for. Despite making it clear I wanted to stick to the $79 deal, he immediately pushed expensive progressive lenses. Even when I asked for the absolute cheapest option, the price was still triple the original quote. I was flat-out lied to, told that if I upgraded to these specific lenses, they could be made the same day and I could walk out with them.

I should have stood my ground, but I trusted them. I ended up walking out having paid $178 instead of $79.

The reality of the service and product:
The "same day" lie: It took two full weeks for the glasses to actually arrive. The salesperson who made the promise wasn’t even there when I picked them up.

The poor fit: Out of the box, they didn't fit my face. The front desk associate had to heat them up to tighten them so they wouldn't slide off my face.

The terrible lenses: They only rounded my prescription to the nearest 0.25 diopters. When I put them on to drive home, I was instantly dizzy. I even tried flipping them upside down to see if they got the left and right lenses swapped because the vision is so distorted. It is incredibly hard to tell if these even help my vision at all. Walking in them makes me feel completely disoriented.

I am 100% unsatisfied. I paid more than double what I planned for a product that is completely unusable and makes me physically dizzy. Save your money and go somewhere that respects your budget and actually delivers a wearable prescription.

It arrived in a timely manner they said 2 weeks it was less than a week to arrive.

The worst experience with an exam and glasses ever. But also the worst in comparison with any service as well, such as groceries or getting my oil done etc. I’d rather get my oil done than go back to Stanton, at least the mechanic I go to is competent and communicates.

I brought my old rx glasses and told the guy, but he didn’t say anything. The reminder email said to bring them but he didn’t even look at them. I didn’t know he could use them to base my new rx off of or I would have said something instead of just going through the motions. Visit number 1

Get my glasses back and I can’t see any better than my old ones. So I get a recheck and get there at 5:15. Have to wait for the manager to get off lunch, ok not a problem. But as soon as I explain to him what’s going on what I need etc that someone else had already gone over with me and the HIPPA which no one told him I did while he was on lunch the new guy takes a lady who got there at 5:50, I remember because she said her appointment was 5:45, into the exam room. The guy helping me goes: oh. I say: what? Him: we have to wait, the room just got snagged. I say okay, but inside I’m saying: Nobody can communicate in this place?!! There’s only ONE room to do the exam???!!!! I didn’t get out of there until they closed at 7, also being the last customer there. I was also not able to see if the doctor had said anything about my results because he was reading the other customers who were helped ahead of me, including 5:45 lady but because it was 7 and closing time and I had worked from 7:30 that morning I just wanted to leave before I verbally lash out at the incompetent employees. Visit number 2

Visit number 3. Picked up my now updated glasses and I like one pair but the other which are progressive I absolutely hate, because using the bottom part for things closer like a phone or tablet, paperwork etc, I still cannot see clearly. They need to be the same as the top, all one rx. So… have to go back and ask them to be the same as the first pair and take off/don't do the progressive. So visit number 4 should be soon.

I’m not coming back once everything has been made right. This was a waste of time and a lot of incompetence.

False advertisement say that you have the same day glasses never happened. I had to wait almost 2 weeks got my first classes now I’m still waiting on my second glasses that’s why I read you guys one star let that customer or whoever the working was that helped me out did not much help me out at all he just pretty much try to rack up as much as possible on the glasses when I specifically just asked for two pairs for 7999 which was a Father’s Day discount but as you know, you guys had jacked up the price I wouldn’t refer any of my family or my friends there

Staff was really friendly and I was seen right away, but the whole process took quite a while. It’s taking over two weeks for the glasses to come in, which isn’t their fault, but still quite a while to wait.

I was seen at my appointed time. The young woman took time to explain everything. She was accurate in her time estimate for the glasses to be ready.
The prescriptions are flawless. Although the doctor reviews all, her meticulous work was absolutely integral to successful prescribing.

I came in for a last minute exam needing new glasses before we left for vacation. Kelsey was able to get my insurance figured out, exam done, results read, options picked, trial contacts, and new prescription and frames in a couple hours. Her delivery on the information was thorough and straight forward. She broke everything down and gave credible advice. I thoroughly appreciate Kelsey, she saved me from a meltdown!

The gentleman that helped us was very polite and helpful.
