Received a message that glasses were ready for pick up. When I got there was told that I needed to pick new frames because the lenses I needed wouldn’t work. So now I am still weeks away from glasses.

I've never been to Stanton and chose it for the convenience. I was worried about a pressure sales pitch to buy their glasses, as I require progressives and special lenses due to my rx. I was so pleased and surprised that they listened to me. I was able to get the two free frames with the eye exam, no frills yet still excellent! I really felt comfortable and valued. I highly recommend.

Everyone was very helpful and explained how new technology was better, I was very nervous about it, but everything went great.

The staff was very helpful but they had 2 people to call out which made us have to wait about half an hr or possibly more. Then when we went to pick up the glasses we had to wait about 15 minutes to be acknowledged because there was only 1 person, again, working. Other than that it was very good.

John was fantastic and very good at explaining my lens and the different kinds I had as options. My husband and I will be returning!!!

Although the entire staff presesnt in the store was pleasant and professional, the lady who talked to me through a video call to determine my lense prescription seemed to be unqualified for her job. I'm convinced that she determined the wrong prescription for me and my distance vision is still blurrier in my left eye compared to my right eye. During the exam, she kept on comparing 2 images, neither of which was the clearest, and kept on asking which one was better than the other, but never showing me any crystal clear image. Her final prescription was based on clearer of the 2 somewhat blurry images, not on any crystal clear images. I'm not happy with my lenses. To perform a lay person's test, I asked my wife to read things at various distances, which she read without any difficulties, but I couldn't. Some of them were road signs, which she was able to read much sooner than I was. Dangerous, isn't it?

The staff and experience were great. I was disappointed in the limited selection of designer frames. And maybe that is due to the overall clientele, but I would have been interested. I’ll have to look for designer frames online.

All the sales people were very helpful. I love my new sunglasses. The experience was good but you would benefit by having more staff as service can be a little slow.

The staff at Stanton were sincerely engaged in helping me get the right prescription for my aging eyes! They really care about everything they are doing. I’m so appreciative. And I really love my new glasses!
