Should have researched more before going
My glasses broke which brought me here since they had available appointments fast. The initial visit went well. Abraham was very helpful. The stools and tables are not accommodating and are all bar height and difficult for anyone with mobility issues. Abraham made adjustments. The virtual doctor was sometimes hard to understand but we made it through. Abraham picked out frames to try. I told him I needed lightweight and larger width frames. I'm not so sure they have larger width frames. On the website, frames do not denote width or weight. It was much more expensive than I anticipated. In retrospect, I should have only purchased one pair until I knew they would work-out. Abraham was not there when I picked up the glasses. The sunglasses are nice. I really like them. The everyday glasses are the heaviest glasses I've ever worn and are so very uncomfortable. The gentleman working at the time declined to make adjustments and said if he made them looser I'd just be back in a week asking to tighten them. It's been almost two weeks of trying to wear the most painful glasses. They are making indents into my skin on the both sides of my face and making a terrible red place on the left side of my nose. I absolutely am dissatisfied with the glasses. They are just awful. I feel like I wasted my money.

Had to get retested
Had to get retested, was told I could get my new lenses the same day before booking the appointment. Then they said it would be 1-2 days. Then they said it would be another 2 days. When I called to see if I could pick up the glasses they said yes. Upon reaching the store they said it would be another 7-14 business days. When I said I want my money back they magically could give me them in 30 minutes. The only good experience I had was with the tech who helped out with the exam. The optometrist rushed me through the exam, and the sales staff clearly care about commission but not helping customers. Worst experience I have ever had relating to glasses. I will actively make sure that everyone I know with glasses goes elsewhere. I tried to call corporate but there is no way to get directly in contact with them. I would give negative stars if I could.
