Took way longer than expected then no one assisted me with checking my sight or vision with my new glasses, they were were just like yeah they are straight and gave me my trial pair of contacts which one of them I’ve never even seen before, they didn’t check my vision with them either. It’s because I’m white? The only reason I didn’t get highly pissed off was because of Mason who was there with me my original day of service and was super kind and helpful with me picking out frames and he was super nice and calm and he’s great, give him a raise! I was there for THREE hours. He deserves a raise.

The quality of the glasses are…ok for the price
The quality of the glasses are perfectly fine !! Big signs in the windows and on the internet say Two Pair of glasses and free eye exam !! Service was good however when I went to pay I was told the price had doubled??? When I ask why it was not $79.00 plus tax was told by the clerk that they couldn’t control what the doctor charged !! I think this fraud , bait and switch whatever you call it !! Will never be back or refer anyone to use your products or services!!!!!

Let Customers know that they get charged for extra exam test, before they do it . That ment that the advertisement is not $79 for eye exam and two pair of single view glasses. The bill was $109 and that’s not a good way to do business. The service person was rude about it when I told her. I paid it to just get out of there. The visit was on Saturday and was told the glasses would be in on Monday. I called Monday the glasses weren’t ready. Then Wednesday received a text glasses were in. So when I got there the person said that they weren’t ready, she did not know why they sent that message. I checked Thursday and they were in. Not satisfied by the service at all.

Everything the staff was rude the service was horrible I drive an hour there for them to tell me they dont take my insurance after all. I had to do a payment deal and I got an eye infection the first day I put my contacts in when I put them in there and they didnt even supply me with the saline to put them in my eyes. I want a REFUND because it cost me more money for antibiotics eye drops and I went through several pairs of contacts before I realized it was an infection and my eye was blown up like a balloon 🎈

Always short on staff wait time is ridiculous I left because I was had already waited 3 hours the lady before me was there since 930am it was already 1 pm and she was waiting on her prescription and I left because I wasn’t waiting to receive my prescription and sample I needed to eat to take my meds. It was also irritating to have a customer say out loud I was here first why are they calling her I’m before me when she didn’t even see me the whole time I was there very disappointed and will not be returning again because advertising about 2 pairs of glasses for one price they don’t say in the commercials that if you have insurance it doesn’t apply to you will not recommend anyone to visit Stanton in Corpus Christi
