Great customer service

I had a wonderful experience at my optical appointment. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.

The office was clean, organized, and ran on time, which I really appreciated. Everyone was helpful when it came to discussing my vision needs and selecting the best options for me.

Best optometrist office I’ve been to!

Our process was quick, me and my son both got our prescriptions and although I got contacts so there’s a wait his glasses were ready in less than hr same day!

Horrendous service

Horrendous service! Spent over $1000 on 2 pair of glasses that were ordered on 3/30/2026. I still have not received the second pair despite numerous calls to the store and promises of people calling me back. Order #: 142165664 online show ready for pickup but no-one can find the order. Truly dissapointed and have given the team many opportunities to fix the issue and they have not satisfied my order which on 5/17/26 in still unfulfilled. It has been 48 days since I ordered and still do not have my glasses.

We had an excellent experience at Stanton Optical thanks to Devaughn Imes. He assisted both of my kids with so much patience and care. Between their eye exams and taking the time to choose their glasses, we ended up going past closing time, and not once did he rush us.

Instead, he remained kind, attentive, and truly focused on helping us find the best options that fit our budget. That level of customer service is rare and very much appreciated.

Staff is patient and helpful, prices are reasonable, location is easy, safe, and convenient. However, because the staff is so patient and helpful, sometimes you have to wait for a bit before they can help you.

My new go to for glasses and contacts!

I was treated so nice and everybody was so helpful. The staff is amazing and the glasses and contacts I got for a great price! Definitely will go back from now on! LEO was fun and knowledgeable about everything! He helped me from start to finish. Loved my experience hands down!

I wanted bifocals ordered 3/16, 3/31, 4/13, 4/24

4/29/26 Another UPDATE: another nightmare dealing with Stanton. Since there was a 30 return policy, I stopped by location to get refund on 4/14 fearing my 30 day time from would refer to purchase date not from receipt date. REQUESTED REFUND AND CANCELLATION. Well, one of the managers simply reprinted invoice showing my payment nothing said REFUND! Was contacted again stating glasses were in. Yes, that was the third try. That is when they finally refunded and says that on receipt. Yes, a manager balled faced lied to me 4/14. My driver's license has to be renewed 5/15, needed the glasses, so the next day ordered same from with distance rx, no extras. They did not have correct lenses in store to make in '30' mins. Said it would take a day or two....well they did not call today, maybe tomorrow. Then we discussed after getting license renewed, bring glasses back in to add the premium anti gare, photochromatic and just distance forget the bifocals. One would think the prices would be the same. Was told they will NOT be the same price due to increase effective 4/1/26. Now if I want the glasses without bifocals it will be $105 more with price increase. I feel original price should have been honored. He gave me song and dance on how the insurance changed that also played a part. I believe that to be a lie as well. By not offering glasses at same price after 25 mile drive to go to store 3/16, 3/31, 4/13, and again 4/24. Why would any customer repeat to receive this heart ache and stress? I owned a service business and it was my job to do right by the customer. Too bad Stanton Optical does not understand that concept.
4/17/26 UPDATE!
Called today and glasses are not in yet! SURPRISE!
Ok, original order was mis-measured. When they came back from lab the second time they were just as bad as the first...same issue. Employee actually admitted he had measured for progressive lenses not bifocals. Then, he asked another associate to measure and in discussing with him learned they do in fact have the bifocals that go across the bottom. First 2 times, bifocal was a spot slightly smaller than a dime. Have now sent back for the THIRD time. Ordered originally 3/16/26, now here we are 4 wks+ later and NO GLASSES.
I wanted bifocals. When glasses came in bifocal was way too high up. There was even a gap between the bottom of bifocal towards the bottom of frame. Very disappointed that bifocal did not go across the bottom. After waiting 2 wks, now hoping the redo will arrive quicker than the 2 wks the original order took. Would have been nice if employee had to explained the placement of 'bifocal' as it interfered with vision looking straight forward for distance. Just over all disappointed.
