The lady facilitating the exam was okay. She told me they do not have Medicaid, which was a mistake. Stanton also should’ve been more clear as a company, as to what involves their promotion as a whole. It was very misleading. Three people left in front of me. When checking out glasses, the lady was trying to convince me to pick a more expensive “deal.”
There was a huge delay in me getting my glasses and wasn't given enough of a reason or any information until way after they were suppose to be available. The 2nd time I went in to follow-up, the employee got all my info up on the computer and then walked away and leftcmr hanging for 10 or 15 minutes with no explanation and I felt ignored and invisible. There was a lack of communication. Other than that, the product turned out great, the manager was fantastic, and I appreciated the refund due to everything else that occurred. I advise the team work on the communication between each other, between this location and Headquarters, and between the staff and customers. Also, get the bathrooms fixed. They were both out of order everytime I went in to follow up.

I liked how they welcomed me on my first time visit. Eye Exam. I wasn't pleased with the second time I went there to pick up my Glasses. They seemed busy and no time for me. They didn't adjust my glasses. And gave me a wrong pair of glasses. They were not Anti Glared. Which they should have been. And I could not even see out of them. The Black Pair. So I would like a different "Correct" pair.

The in-store assistant was polite and she caught an error by the Dr where he inverted my contact lens prescription for right/left eye compared to my spectacle prescription
My prescription that is in my account is the incorrect one, so it is useless and confusing for future visits

The Stanton staff seem to be knowledgeable and eager to provide the best possible experience for the customer. That said the technical side your simply seems to follow the herd. NOT ALL SUNGLASSES NEED NOR SHOULD BE POLARIZED. Some us, photographers and pilots, for example need to read LCD screens at odd angles under conditions that sunglasses are a benefit. Last year I was able to buy a tinted pair of glasses tinted dark enough to be useful as sun glasses but still multi-angle usable with LCD screens. Can't do that this year as they were tinted so lightly that I can drive at night with them.

Bri and Mila were excellent. Very professional and very kind. Would definitely recommend. Bri and Mila stayed to make sure I had the accurate test I needed.
Not happy. This is the second pair of glasses that I have to close one eye to see. I will probably go somewhere else next time. The sales personal are very nice and accommodating.

They were friendly and helpful. Also got me the best deal possible. Staff was quick.
The person who sold us the glasses didnt make it clear that the warranty only covers a certain percentage of repairs not all of it. The two separate times we had to get new frames or repairs, our orders were mixed up and picked up and sold to others first and told our order was already picked up but it wasnt by us. The staff on two occasions were very rude to the other staff members. The eye exam itself is done by someone on a phone call from the otherside of the country, the eye exam was not done by an actual real person in the store. I do not recommend getting glasses from here ever.

Went in there with no appointment and Michelle came up to me right away and started helping me, I ended up leaving there with an exam done and new shades, would definitely recommend you go here and talk to her, will be returning soon

SO MANY FRAMES TO CHOOSE FROM!
My original appointment was April 23rd. My glasses were due for pick up May 7th. Received a call on May 1st - they came in early!
The staff was very nice and super fast. The glasses were done when they said and fit great. Very reasonable price. Considering I didn’t have insurance. Definitely coming back when need new glasses.
They had to do my glasses twice because they were wrong twice. The first one I noticed because my prescription was wrong, the second time I did my eye exam again with the right prescription but the glasses were wrong, so I had to be there like 3 times to get it fixed. They had good prices and they did them faster but they made me waste so much time. I lost money as well because I ordered other frames online with the wrong prescription and I had to pay an extra fee for sending the right prescription and get those fixed as well.
