They did everything to make my visit perfect

Yes, very great experience right away. Had a little issue with my lenses. Went back turned around no questions. Ask fixed right away and went home. A very happy customer. Amazing staff five stars all day.

I lost my reading glasses that were made by VisionWorks. When I called to get a replacement, I was told it would cost $200. Since I had my prescription, I decided to call Stanton Optical for a quote. Gisele answered, listened to my situation, and offered to get my script from my doctor so they could have two pairs ready the same day. I didn’t know what to say, but I had to tell her I had COVID, so I wouldn’t be able to go in. I figured I’d probably get them in a couple of weeks, but she said she’d be happy to ship them to me. Since it was a Friday, we both understood I’d likely receive them on Monday, which was fine because I had a pair of Walmart readers to hold me over. To my surprise, I received them on Saturday! She picked out two beautiful frames for me, which I love. I can’t say enough good things about my experience—so much so that I called the manager at VisionWorks and told him where I’d gone, explaining it would cost him a returning customer. He took what I said in stride; what else could he do? I’ve already recommended Stanton Optical to several friends and will keep doing so. Thank you!

Twice my glasses were wrong .I still can't use them . You get away with telling people "Your eyes will get used to them." Well mine haven't.

Wait time wasn’t long. The employees were very attentive, frame selected with me. I had no insurance and Roxanna made sure I got the best promotion. Highly recommend coming to this location. I’ve gone to the others in our area and I’ve never experienced the hospitality as I did here. Ask for Roxanna and she’ll take care of you.

Glasses was ready at same time

The staff was friendly facility clean. We had an appt at 4:15pm got there at 3:30pm to be sure we had more than enough time to for our appt and we left the facility at 5:30pm. The job was done but out discount that was promised at the beginning of the visit was not given to us. Never saw the doctor ans our reading glasses are really hard to see.

terrible place. The saleman told be 11 months ago that when i got the glasses that the scratch warranty would allow me to get lenses replaced if scratched within the year if I get the $50 scratch warranty. Went in the store within the year and got charged $30 for replacement. I will just go back to EyeMart next time. That have a real scratch warranty

4 hour wait.. it was ridiculous

From the time I walked in, to the time I left it was like visiting family. Aggie and staff was super helpful and friendly. Loved the atmosphere and I’ve told family members about my great experience.

I had the appt on feb 5 at 9 :45 got there before like at 9:25. I didn’t want ah be late but it was stressful they forgot that I was there . They had waiting for hrs . Until I ask why I haven’t being called . So I was there until 1:49 and don’t even ask about what happened to my daughter she is not using your glasses at all I am not recommending your place at all.

Well my experience w/eye exam was not a good one, they kept taking care of the walk-ins before the people who made the time to book the exam, like me , my appointment was at 9:15,, and didn’t get called in till after 10: , but I did get my glasses ADAP, so guess that made up for the other chaos

The commercials are great, 2 pairs of glasses for $79, but at the end the price is sticker shock! I wish you would make the invoices easier to understand. I had to go back and get the lens changed out on one pair because it was made to see far instead of close. I had them adjust 2 other pairs I bought because they the bridge was rubbing against my nose bridge. Now, they are hurting the back of my ears! Very disappointed with Stanton.l!!

Outstanding manager by the name of Jasmine .She is prosoical, proactive, and proficient.

My 1st prescription was wrong so I had to go back for a second exam. When my glasses were ready, I was given the glasses with the 1st prescription instead of the 2nd corrected prescription. Luckily as I sat in my car preparing to leave, I noticed something wasnt right with the glasses. So I went back and told them and they realized they were the wrong glasses.

Very kind and helpful. I’ve been going here for a little while now and it’s always a pretty smooth experience from the staff. I went in got what I needed at a good price and left with no issues. Definitely recommend.

They have changed a lot. Their service is horrible. My wife and I went there to get her glasses. Well, she got an exam, by a tech, not by a Doctor. Something about new machines and more expensive for their services. So the service went down the drain. She was not told by this tech the results of the exam. I had to ask some one after 20 minutes of waiting why was it taking that long to get taken care of. My wife had already picked her frames. When I asked the person at the front desk I was told she was not getting glasses because she had been referred to see an eye surgeon for cataracts. She don't show any signs of cataracts, but that is not the issue if she has to see a surgeon she will, but the fact that I had to ask someone what was the status of her exam after 20 minutes of waiting for some one thinking that she was getting glasses just to be told that she was going to get a referral instead of glasses shows that these people don't know what they are doing. I will never visit this store again, I think they need to evaluate their customer service procedures and or get new management. The frames are very expensive, cheaply made, and most are out place and or missing their colored tags! What a mess! do yourself a favor and visit other stores with better reviews.
