I have purchased five pairs of glasses from Stanton Optical. My first two pairs were fine, although they ended up costing more than I expected. Later, I purchased two pairs of progressive lenses for about $500, but the prescription was incorrect and vision was slightly blurry.

After three months of trying to adjust to them and dealing with headaches (and a small corner crack in the lens was also growing more visible, I returned to the store for help, I spent another two and a half months trying to get the issue resolved. I visited every couple of weeks, yet no one followed up or returned my calls.

On my fifth attempt, I decided to give them one last chance. Fortunately, members of the corporate team happened to be there and assured me they would make things right. They re-examined my prescription and reordered the glasses at no charge (at approximately $600 for a single pair). At that point, I was hopeful.

The replacement glasses arrived quickly, but unfortunately the progressive prescription is still not correct. I now have to use my old glasses whenever I work at my computer, which is something I do all day. It has been extremely frustrating.

At this point, I simply do not have the energy to go back and start the process over again. Based on my experience, both the glasses and the customer service have been unreliable, and the prices are not as inexpensive as they advertise. I will not be returning. I am a pastor and a writer, and I do not suggest Stanton, too unreliable.

I have nothing to complain about. The staff was incredibly friendly and made sure I was informed. The exam, while a hybrid format, was quick and my lenses were ready that the same day. My only qualm may be the limited selection of lenses at the time I went, but for my purposes the experience was smooth, seamless, and I can see much better.

Hatem was very courteous and helpful to explain all my options. Very professional!

Don't like the virtual eye exam, and my glass lenses were not fitted in correctly in my glasses.

The virtual eye doctor system is a joke. I had no idea that's how they did things or I wouldn't have went. I could barely understand what the lady was saying and she seemed bothered when asked to review the options when decided between 1 or 2. Glasses were actually expensive and I don't believe they got my prescription right. My reading glasses do not work as well as my previous pair from someone else. Unfortunately, those were lost which is why I had this appointment. My driving glasses seem too strong. The whole experience was bad.

They were quick and took great care with my granddaughter to make her experience great.

The eye technician that helped us was very patient, kind and very experienced. He was awesome.

The sales experience was good. The exam was okay but a little impersonal, The pickup experience was unacceptable. The staffer did not greet me for several minutes after I entered the store. When I told her I was there to pick up my glasses she dug through a bunch of boxes until she found them, in the stack laying on the counter. She did not offer to fit them to my head. I have not received a copy of my prescription. And her attitude was less than friendly. (the glasses are ok, and I appreciate the soft baggie case.)

Great service, quality products, and solid prices! I only got one pair of glasses since it was my first visit, but the end product exceeded my expectations. I'll be going back and getting the 2 for 1 deal!
