Stanton always makes me feel important and the staff is very pleasant and professional all the time. Service and my glasses were to notch. A bit expensive but progressives these days are far from cheap.

Couldn't be happier. Stanton made the process easy and reliable. The galsses are are great value. I was able to get 2 pair for less then it would have cost for one pair anywhere else that I checked.

They could improve on the eyeglass cases they give at time of pickup for new glasses ordered. Plastic ones are not durable in the long run.
The staff could be a little more friendlier at the time of pickup. Especially after spending several hundred dollars at this store. I felt like I was an afterthought when picking up my glasses.

Terrible customer service
The doctor's office side was just terrible. The staff was NOT pleasant at all. They were complaining to the customers that they were over scheduled as if we controll that. I've been a customers for years but I will not be coming back!!!
