They were very nice. Me eye exam was quick. They were very thorough.

Ordered father's glasses ,sent to the wrong distribution center twice.took about 4 weeks,staff at Greer location made a temporary set to help him till his glasses came in .

Its was super fast and I am just incredibly impressed that I got a pair of glasses the same exact day!!!! I'm definitely going back next time!!!!

Not enough time was spent making sure my prescription was correct for my needs. Extra money charged for eye dryness but nothing done to correct the issue. Previously had 2 pair of frames that continued to break. Hopefully, considering how much I paid, these new ones will last a bit longer.
The prescription was not processed correctly on my prescription sunglasses. They gladly corrected them. That, I appreciate.

When I arrived to the store I told them that I had VSP insurance they told me that it would not be a problem that they could run it even though it was out of network. Is the night run my insurance told me that it would be cheaper if I did not use it. I have went to other places since they do does run to my insurance and it would have been around $200 cheaper. I get free frames with my insurance and they would not even run my insurance for the free frames. I'm going to multiple places I would have saved more money if I had just went to a different place. I would call it the used car salesman approach.

Fast, friendly and explained everything well. Was able to get my glasses in 30 mins. Have to wait a week for my daughters but that’s not a big deal to us.

I did not like the lady's attitude. She did not seem to want to really help me.Because someone else had walked in the door that was probably going to purchase something, and all I was doing was picking up a pair of glasses.
Normally, I would have given a five star review but not this time
My favorite associate there is Tammy but I did not see her this day. She is always willing to go the extra mile to satisfy her customers needs. She is definitely an asset to your company!

Tammy had no sense of humor no laugh no nothing but everyone else was super friendly and very helpful answered all my questions as this was our first eye appointment ever!!!

I choose to do the buy one glasses, get one free option and the lady who helped me done one pair at half price instead. I never asked for that I handed her two pairs of glasses that I wanted and thought that was what I was paying for. so when I went to pick up my glasses, I only received one pair and when I asked for my other pair she said oh we done only one pair at half price and I said that's not what I asked for and I paid nearly $300 when the eye exam was free and the glasses were only $119. So I asked if my receipt can be adjusted to what I asked for and it was like it was a big problem. Everyone had an attitude. I still ended having to pay more money for a pair of glasses that should have been free and am very upset about it because too me I feel like that was false advertisement. I never received a second pair free I still ended up having to pay more money and don't understand why. I will never go back here again and all the glasses seemed unstylish and cheap for it to cost that much money for a paying customer.
