Only 4 stars because I'm not sure about the virtual exam other than that we had no issues with the in store staff or pricing. Great option for anyone without vision insurance.

From start to finish was not a great experience. Don't expect the cheaper prices unless you have 20/20 vision. Anything else is very high priced (glasses frames). When I picked up my glasses I told her they were too blurry in the middle. I was told I would have to get used to the new lens type. Not sure how I'm suppose to do that if I can't see anything through them. Well played Stanton. My next eye exam and glasses will definitely be done somewhere else. Not impressed whatsoever.

Went in for an exam to recheck my eyes after wearing glasses for years. They then tell me that my prescription has gone from being near sided to far sided. Took my glasses home for a week and found that my vision was still blurry and that the lenses smudged alot. I was constantly cleaning them. When I called and told them my concerns they told me to go back for a recheck. When I did, my prescription came back different then what it was a week ago and the lady tells me that it maybe the machines messing up. I immediately got a refund on both glasses and sunglasses but they refused to give me a refund on my exam even after she admitted the machines could be malfunctioning. I would not ever recommend this store.

While the customer service reps did the best they could either what they had, there was no offer for expidited processing to repair my broken frames, leaving me without glasses for two and a half weeks. This was extremely difficult, with my job being 95 percent computer work. Please work to help your customers in need better

Overall I walked in and pretty efficient service but the eyeglass machine was broken so it mad one pair and then the other had to go to lab Causing me to have to go back very unhappy with that

Put on glasses and everything was blurry. Was told I needed to do the referral to do dilation. I had just had a dilation done a month prior. I have had glasses since I was 23 and now 56. Did not need dilation to get prescription correct. Asked for refund and still lost out on $90. No doctor on site. Did not see a tele-dr. They just sent what the tech did.
