I would give 0 if I could
I would give 0 if I could, called main corp number to ask if they took our insurance was told they do, made the appt. Had the “virtual” exam which was a jok, came nowhere near my prescribtion, had a technician there do another one for “free” he came closer but still not right. Was told they would order a sample pair of contacts because the ones they had on hand was the problem, still have not received those. I go to pay and manager there tells me they do not accept my insurance and that the main number you call tells everyone they do, just to get you in the door. Yes I was told this by their manager at the Lawton location.
Charge 95. For absolutely nothing.
I will be telling everyone to stay away, the virtual exam is a joke and so is the practice you use to get customers in the door

The guy that was there was very nice and respectful, but when I got into the room, it was very impersonal and I was trying to explain I needed something done for the doctor and was pushed to just do the exam and then when I got out my contacts and glasses were not the right prescription.

I payed for my two pair of glasses
I payed for my two pair of glasses. When I went to try them on I asked could I pay for a warranty on both glasses? I was told no. They should have told me when I paid for them that I was unable to pay for a warranty when I pick them up. Also my glasses did not fit in a case. They said they where out of the bigger ones.

First off the 2 pairs of frames that my son picked out had a blue tag. When the associate Marcus looked at them he said the color was actually purple. These frames were $199. BOGO. I questioned the color and he said the bright lights faded the color from purple to blue. I'm on disability and I could not afford that price range. I told my son I would buy his glasses and he had his heart set on that pair. My son's total price was over $400. When we went back to pick up our glasses, I went over to take a picture of the color blue on the frames, they were no longer blue, but changed to purple.
I feel that is really deceiving. I found it funny that the color blue was exactly the same color blue as the blur frames I picked out
Then after picking my glasses up, I had to tilt my head at a 90 degree angle to read anything.
I went back they redid my exam and now I'm waiting on my new glasses to come in. I thought an eye doctor would be doing my eye exam there was no doctor on site both times I was there. I know because I asked. My question is can just anyone there give a person an eye exam without being a doctor. I feel I shouldn't pay full price for services I did not receive.
