I disliked not having a real optometrist in the building and wasn’t expecting it to be a virtual visit. That wasn’t stated in the website when I booked the appointment. I also was shocked that two pairs of glasses were over $700 at first. I had to take off some extra coatings and insurance to get a reasonable price. The staff working there were great and very helpful.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I was yelled at by an employee when I was trying to ask questions. Charged 30% tax. Massive scam! We will never recommend or come back to this horrible business.

Do better
I didn't like the fact that a doctor was NOT in the office. All providers are virtual and I felt that took away the personal connections. I also didn't like the fact that the DMV report had to be emailed to me 5-7 business days later! By the way, I never received the email for it. Instead, the day I went to pick up my sons glasses they wrote the reference number on a sticky note instead of printing it out for me.
