Glasses got here late
It took about three and a half weeks for me to get my glasses. The lady who helped me hi, pick.My glasses was very nice and helpful they just took way too long to get my order

I felt like the whole eye exam was rushed and also when I received my contacts I was never explained how to properly apply the contacts. Neither was I informed regarding the prices regarding the contact or the packet that you guys offer to save money while being the contacts

Can’t get them right.
Have progressive bifocals they can’t seem to get the reading in the right space. They have remade my glasses three times for both pairs. Still not as good as I would like. Have to lift my glasses up in order to read small print.
