The rep there was nice but I didn’t like the facts that he kept telling me that my vision would get worse. I know the power of words and I’m not fond of someone speaking things over me in any way. Other than that my visit was ok.

The office manager was the only one who…
The office manager was the only one who really helped us. His name was Mohammed the second person who did my glasses wrong then I had to come back and then they had to redo them. When we had to come back in for the third time not Muhammad but the other person was rude and very disrespectful.

I love my glasses
I love my glasses. I can see perfectly with them. I only had to wait a week after ordering them before they were ready. The guy who took my order was very courteous and friendly. I got a text when my glasses were ready. The cost for my glasses was not expensive.

Wasted a lot on time and gas driving up to the McKinney location because they kept getting the cut wrong on my lenses. Eventually ended up having to leave my glasses with them so they could get cut right. Spent way to much money up there to have as many issues as I did as well as the money spent on gas going back and forth
