Got there for my first appt
Got there for my first appt. On time, perhaps a minute or two early. No response from anyone inside… not a “hol: on” “ just a minute” nothing.
Then they ask me “have you never been I. Before… not “have you ever been here before” and I said “no hence why I’m sitting up there”
They did my tests, etc. I never was once notified it would be a virtual apt with someone on screen before or during UNTIL I was already in the room..
I finish. Of course there is only like 20 frames to choose from in the entire store of my range I choose one women’s and one men’s closest to “my” style I can find and go on my way. They tell me we will let you know tomorrow hen they are ready… a week passes.. nothing. Until a t day that says I need to come get them… like wth.. I’m over it I want to return them and get a refund. This was the worst optical experience of my life.

Horrible Customer Service
There was a lady with black hair that was assisting us. That was wonderful. It was a very odd situation. I did not know that the doctor was going to be virtual. There was a girl named Ashley.? I believe that was her name. She was extremely rude and unprofessional and for that reason, I am giving you one star. Luckily Cheyenne was very professional and helpful with everything. She apologized several times for the way that Ashley treated us. I would definitely not recommend this place at all. Due to Ashley‘s horrible attitude and the odd virtual doctor.

Customer service was amazing
Customer service was amazing. I took my toddler in with me and not only were they super accommodating, they were so patient and they even helped me get my baby to sleep. One of the assistants even used her own phone to put white noise on to help my toddler fall asleep. Amazing service. My glasses were done same day. Everybody was so kind.

Spent $130.00 and both pair of glasses don't work at all. Readers aren't right. Computer screen looks like a pentagon shape and I get a headache pretty quickly. The distance glasses are even worse. Better results from $30.00 readers from CVS. Waste of time and money.

The same day appointments were nice
The same day appointments were nice . I am huge on customer service and I don’t think they were very concerned about their customers. All they told us was go pick a pair of glasses . Didn’t guide us on prices or where to find the boy/ men section. Was told over the phone if we have medical you get two pairs for 50 dollars. No one told us that in person ended up paying 170 dollars for some glasses.
