I felt like the wait was long and the wrap up was not personal. I was informed to go look at frames that were in the special section instead of having assistance. It wasn't personable just rushed when it was time to pay. Then I was informed we couldn't get the special and paid more than anticipated. There was no doctor hands on it was tele-health optometrist which I thought was kind of odd for an eye examination.

Very happy with the customer service. It's not common to have such a pleasant experience nowadays.
