Staff was slow i didn't know i wasn't going to see an eye dr. And im going to have to bring them back because they are wrong. Waited over an hour with an appointment. I still had to buy glasses they would t give it to me. I see worse now than I did before

Well, I had my exam and picked glasses on the 8th, my glasses were ready on the 14th but was never told my phone or text that my glasses were ready for pick up. I called to check on the status of my glasses on the 19th & found they were ready, still no phone call or text. I picked up my glasses on the 20th, no apologies for not contacting me, no adjusting my glasses...nothing!!

I am really happy with my new glasses.
however, the first day I went in they were understaffed and there were several customers who were waiting around for quite a while.
I feel their advertisement on the front of the store, and on-line is a little bit of a bait and switch. They advertise two pairs for one price, a low $80 price including exam, same day glasses. Nothing was ever mentioned about the two for one. I know the ad price is for a simple single correction lens. But, it seemed to suggest that the more complicated set up would also be really competitive. The total for my glasses (progressive lenses with auto-darkening) was over a thousand dollars. And, my glasses took several days to be ready.

I was told my glasses were there and then they couldn’t find them so I had to come back the next day.

The employees were great and the selection of frames was very extensive.
The eye exam was great! I went next to pick out glasses, and after I paid I noticed that the employee helping me did not run my insurance. I was very disappointed and then had to submit a claim to my insurance in hopes that they reimburse us!
The staff was terrific, unfortunately my glasses weren’t, bad subscription I guess, let’s see how the next ones are. PS you lawn needs mowing and the trash outside needs picked up.
