Very friendly staff. They were very willing to help me out with pricing and what was my best options.

I had a number of issues with my lens, but the company went out of there way to correct the problem. They stand behind there product and they honor there warranty. Ive got no complaints. I will continue to purchase my glasses there.

I find that the customer service is beyond is my expectations.
When I made the appointment I inquired about getting contact lens, I said that I had dry eye last fall (2025). The person who answered the phone said “you’re perfectly welcome to try contact lens, if the contact lens don’t work for you that’s ok”. Stanton Optical’s employees are understanding to their clients needs and they don’t push for something that is not necessary.

I really liked the expedited process with the technicians. Also the virtual visit with the doctor

From the moment I called in, I knew the is was the right choice made. Super friendly and helpful. I didn’t know the “same day” meant I get my glasses same day! I thought I was the appointment and script. Walk in @ 4:00pm walked out 4:35. Filled out paper work, seen the Dr, picked out frames was told come back by 5:30pm I walked back in at 5:20 she already had everything waiting on me. Best glasses experience buying ever!

Web page States walk win walk out in 30 minutes WITH glasses. Wasn't accurate at all. Also had to call several times to find out if my glasses were ready. System said the 10th. Arrived the 11th. Was told I would receive a call when they arrived. Did not. Went in to pickup after calling the store to be told they were there. Younger lady at pickup seemed like she could care less about doing her job.

The facility was great, the staff was great. Process was quick and easy from appointment to pick up. If an ophthalmologist or optometrist is not needed, Stanton Optical is the perfect place to go for a prescription and lenses

Everyone was helpful and friendly. There was a slight problem with the lens on 1 of the pair that I ordered but they took care of it promptly.

The two associates at the store were nice to work with, however the GM was awful and rude. This man was dismissive, disrespectful and just unprofessional. This man does not care about customer service or maintaining a professional environment. He brings his child to work. If this was a woman counterpart, it would not be acceptable either. The two young ladies worked hard while he occupied space behind a desk snacking and playing on his phone! Corporate needs to audit his behavior.
