The workers were AMAZING! Helped us where my wife lost her glasses on velosacoaster and they made them the day we came in. Made them in 20 minutes with a great attitude! Very friendly and overall great!

My family and I traveled from The Bahamas today for our appointments, and we were assisted by Joyce. She was very helpful throughout the entire process. She explained everything to us clearly, was very nice and accommodating, and answered every question we had.
Her customer service was 10/10! She was very friendly and made the entire experience pleasant. We will definitely be coming back, and I would highly recommend this location to others because of the excellent hospitality and customer service Joyce provided to us today.

Staff were friendly. Wait time was minimal. One pair of glasses was ready same day. The second was told would be ready in a week. Took a little over two weeks with no explanation. Attempting to call the shop was also a hassle. No one ever picks up.
