The entire process was gear to get you i to the store and then explain little and.then charge for everything. To be honest I book an appointment by mistake .I was thinking I made it with the other eye clinic across the street but end up at your store.
Ok just to mention one of the many thinks that happen while doing the consolation I was told I could get the changeable lens for $59.00 extra once I pay.i paid leave the store call back to add the changeable lens was told by the guy it's now 159.00 .I got my glasses without them and about to take them to the original store across the street because your store seen to be scam
Was told exam is free only to be charge for it.

Would never ever come back.

There were not many options for frames…
There were not many options for frames in my price range. Was very dissapointed. Had to buy a frame I was not crazy about. In the past they had a much better selection. I should have used one of my old frames as I have a huge collection from all the years I have been going to Stanton over the years!The person who helped me was very nice and helpful. Wish I could remember her nameI will certainly do business with them again.

Horrible service on every level both customer, and incorrect prescription and delivery on the glasses…
After having done business with this company for possibly around 5 years, it has just become nothing more than a nightmare, as my son's prescription glasses, were completely done incorrectly come to find out on the appointment with his opthamologist this year as now changed his prescription once again. And now the nightmare has become even worse, as his glasses have not been done and we are going into 20 +days into the situation and no one has an answer nor is there even a district regional manager or anyone that can say anything other than we apologize and we're going to try to get this done as soon as possible. I will be visiting corporate personally within the next 48 hours to get this problem resolved if I do not have an answer. I will never do business again with this company.

I was literally denied my script off a FEELING
I went in for eye sight so bad even my phone is blurry and double. I expressed it’s hard to drive and phone blurry vision etc. I do the exam. I’m told I’ll be helped with my frames with someone else just to find out the optometrist REFUSED to sign my script. …. Because he FELT I should not be this prescription. My glasses now are a super heavy progressives my eye sight today was 40/20. But I don’t know the numbers because instead of just giving me the numbers I was told I need to see him some time starting in May for him to…. Interview me. I wanted to know why but all I was told is he’s very thorough. But not thorough enough logically to comprehend if 40/20 does let me see just to give me the lenses that do that. Don’t FEEL I’m too young and deny me. I don’t care how thorough you claim he is, it’s already not worth taking a full day off for a maybe. If I would go and hear here is your same script I would flip a table. It wasn’t even offered that he’d come out to talk to me. RIP OFF
