Overall experience was really good. The staff was very helpful with my daughter. My daughter is very happy with her new glasses. The only thing I would say customer service could work better at giving more information on other services that are included with the glasses such as blue light or anti-reflective coating. The order also came in a timely manner.

All good except $79 glasses selection
Had an appointment but went in a bit early because I was in the area and was seated right away. Staff was very friendly. Exam went well. I just hoped that the $79 glasses had more of a decent selection but all in all it was good.

I ordered two pair of glasses at the…
I ordered two pair of glasses at the same time. When my everyday pair needed to have a screw replaced, I wore the backup glasses. The first time I cleaned the lens, the frame separated from itself. I took them to the store and they said they do not cover welds that break. These glasses have been worn literally one day, and they broke. My original pair of glasses needed to have the frame replaced because they could not get the screw to go back in. So two pairs within 6 /7 months, both broke
