The ladies where great my prescription was wrong to strong and I was charged for add ons that I did not want and then the guy that did those add ons which over $200 slipped his phone number on a post it onto my receipt and then got mine off my account I am 2xs his age and eeww he then text me before I even made it home to let me know that "he was feeling My vibes" creep!

Terrible place! They got my prescription wrong and couldn’t fix it. I went back the next day and they still couldn’t fix it. Total waste of time. I work 2 jobs and did this on my lunch break. I needed to get my prescription renewed so I can order more contacts. They told me they price match but they were $500 more than 1800contacts. Tried to have me take the wrong prescription. I said no. Don’t go here! They don’t know what they are doing.

Friendly Staff and a clean and professional store.

Awesome experience getting my first pair of glasses. Came in and was warmly greeted, got set up with a same day appointment for eye exam, and even was able to get my glasses made and given to me the same day! Granted I only needed a simple prescription and single stage lenses(more complicated prescriptions or multi focal lenses they will have to send out to get made correctly). Service was super friendly. I didn't feel pressured into buying expensive frames, the gentleman that helped me showed me the different price range of frames and explained the differences between the price ranges and the different quality at different price ranges. Very helpful in also explaining the effects the different size frames will have on the lenses. Also gave me a very easy to understand explanation of my prescription. I was able to get a huge discount going through my insurance and saved almost $300! Even if you don't have insurance they have some really good deals on stuff to help keep the cost down. I am very glad I made the decision to come here to get my glasses. Great service, great prices, great selection of frames( tons of different styles). Highly recommend!

The service for glasses is outstanding, and the prices for new lenses with qualifying discounts are no match for optical competitors in the area. I would have spent twice as much at another optical department in Redding, CA for the two sets of lenses I ordered. Stanton was able to use both of my existing frames--a service for which I paid a fee of $25 per frame. I already have an excellent opthalmologist, so I didn't need an eye exam at Stanton. In summary, Stanton is flexible in terms of the level of service a person needs. Need an eye exam? Frames and lenses? Lenses only? The staff listened to and fully met my needs. Thank you! There should be a line of customers out the door once people learn about the service and prices at Stanton Optical.

They where up front and honest. And made my whole experience as quick and easy as I hoped.

No Optometrist pon staff - my prescription is not helping

You missed my prescription. And don't have glasses yet.

they did treat my husband great. he just want to get sunglasses. they were very helpful. he was offered discounts. he just came in because he brought his wife in to have her glasses put back together after a terrible fall that she had a head injury. luckily she has her glasses on or it would have been worse. also his wife(Leticia Garcia-Cardoza) has the same email 3 or 4 yrs ago. he got the survey but the wife did not get the survey. he was treated right and wonderful. i was not treat as great. so the wife could not give her feedback of her experience. not fair. now my eye have gotten worse that i have to see a special that Stanton is not able to handle. but my husband will still continue to see you guys.

It was a great experiance with a dedicated team, they helped me pick the correct glasses and it was a quick exam.

The staff was so helpful, patient and friendly. They didn't pressure or rush me and were happy to answer my questions. What a pleasant experience!

I had THE BEST experience with the Redding, CA location. It was easy and convenient to make an appointment and complete paperwork online. Upon arrival to the store I was greeted by friendly and professional staff members. I was kept informed of the process and staff was again friendly and helpful without being pushy

The staf were amazing. They actually got mt prescription correct. Glasses actually fit my face and ears. And I can Finley see to drive at night! Been bragging about them to everyone.

The stanton optical in Sacramento messed up and since I live in eureka ca 5 hrs from sac and 3 hrs from redding it took me about 6 months to be able to go back due to work and school. Yet the stanton optical in redding was so understanding and extremely helpful and fabulous customer service skills. just an amazing staff i will definitely be back

Drove by and noticed a new optical center. I needed my eye rechecked, but didn't know where to go. My eye dr. Just disappeared and closed shop. I walked into make an appointment and found out that they can see you on the spot. So with in a few minutes I was getting my eyes examined. Every one was super nice. I was there for quite a while getting my contacts ordered up and having my current glasses upgraded to my new subscription. It seemed that most everyone was new by only a day to 6 months or so. But they did a great job at assisting me. The lady that actually did my eye exam was top notch. And the online eye dr. Was a pretty cool experience. They got my prescription spot on. And my glasses done by the next day. Definitely my mew place for my eyes.
