I couldn't use either pair of glasses…
I couldn't use either pair of glasses as the script was wrong. I ended up going to Costco and starting again with an eye exam that ended up doing another exam and getting other glasses.

I been a loyal customer for 5 years now. Never ever again I ordered prescription sun glasses from them was promised 2 week turn around I waited then I get a notification that they where ready well guess what nope I was told 2 more days its now the 17th it was promised the 12th waiting 5 days more patently now being told July I said no I am not waiting I want a refund the butt hole said 7 to 14 days to get my refund how is this possible? So basically I am out my glasses and money for 14 days no way so they won't get another dime from my family Ever I.am done with this place. They'll they offered if I waited I would get the 2nd pair free he'll no they should give me the first pair and refund my money. So now I am never coming back ever they lost my business.!!! Horrible customer services ever!!!!!

The bald guy
The bald guy , think he’s the manager is so weird. Tried to get me to upgrade my glasses and then I said no and then his energy changed and I felt so uncomfortable. I picked up one pair by this nice blonde lady And idk what happened but one of the pairs I got had messed up lenses so I came back then next day because I got a call it was ready and when I show up they said oh the blonde lady isn’t here so you can’t pick it up today and I was like so she has to be here ? And another girl said I should have came before 5 but I work so that wasn’t gonna work and regardless they are open till 7 then they looked at each other and ended up just giving it to me. Like why give me a hard time and the bald guy was there but didn’t greet me at all and he’s very weird . I’ve been here many times over the years and now I’m never coming back again the whole interaction was just uncomfortable.

Lots of disappointing surprises
No one told me prior to entering it was a Telehealth appointment. Definitely prefer face to face with a Dr. not automation!
You don’t give out hard cases with the glasses. Why would I spend $200+ and not receive something to protect my purchase with? First eyeglass company that didn’t provide me with a hard case to protect my glasses.
