I recently had an excellent experience at Stanton Eye Center in Burlington, North Carolina. From check-in to the completion of my appointment, the entire staff was professional, welcoming, and highly efficient. Every part of the process was explained thoroughly, and the team took the time to answer questions and ensure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the visit.

The provider was falling asleep
The provider was falling asleep during my eye exam. It was virtual exam and during the process was falling asleep several times. Then lied and said it was just a bad connection but I know what I saw during the exam. I told the eye tech about my experience and he told me that wasn’t the first time they have heard about the doctor falling asleep. My results came back saying my eyes got worse but they have been consistent for about 7 years. I do not trust my results or the doctor. I would not and do not recommend Stanton Optical.

Wasn't told about buying the lens replacement insurance, got a scratch on my lens and they said too bad too sad. There's nothing they could do for me.I could not buy one lens.I had to buy an entire new pair of glasses. They wouldn't even come to the front counter to look at them
