Will never shop here again and I suggest you don't either. I ordered two bottoms for my partner as a gift for her birthday. Not only did it come much later than anticipated.. I am literally talking weeks...to a point where she no longer wanted it. But I returned it straight from the courier depot which was another expense factor and the appalling customer service staff have said I cannot be refunded and they will only give store credit. That was the first time I had ever shopped there, I won't be ever again and will be making sure no one I know does either. I even made it clear that store credit is of no use, I do not intend to purchase from them and I was ignored. Disgusting policy intended to steal from people. You should be able to change your mind without having your money taken regardless. A company that clearly do not value the customer or their experience
