Support was great, seller was not
Support was great, seller was not. Item was listed as a standalone ship. Non cc'ued. The item was upgraded from other ships, and the delivery was not the smoothest. Had to reach out to support to actually get it delivered.

I’m sorry your delivery was not as smooth as expected. Occasional hiccups with RSI gift delivery emails can happen, but I’m glad to see that once our support team intervened, the ship was resent and arrived safely.
I’ve reviewed the order carefully, and the product was correctly shown as a “CCU’ed Product” in the package state. The description also stated: “Content: Asgard + LTI + CCU’D ship.” I further double-checked our logs and can confirm that the product listing was not modified between the time of purchase and now.
As the CCU’ed status was shown both in the package state and in the product description, this appears to have been a misunderstanding about the package type rather than an issue with the listing itself. That said, please feel welcome to contact us prior to purchase if anything is unclear.
