What a great company , i made a mistake with my order originally and misspelled the name , they rectified it immediately with no fuss , i purchased the star for my mother in law that is now in final stages of cancer and she was over the moon with the star that she now calls "her star" and is convinced that is where she will go when she leaves us, i wanted to show my mother in law the star with her own eyes and wasn't sure how to do it , so i contacted the company again a year later for help , they were back to me the same day with clear instructions on how to view our star , cannot recommend these guys enough 10 stars

Overpriced a difficult website and confusing gift packages- I paid the extra to have it put into a frame professionally and it came in a cardboard slip which looks stupid like something from an office at work!!!

A lovely gift to give, I researched between a lot of different company’s and so glad I went with you.
Beautifully put together in the pack which was a really good quality.
