Worthwhile
Great for a memorable gift to someone who (quite literally) means the universe to you. Please if you're ordering a physical package of the certificate for a special date (i.e., birthday, anniversary, etc.) give it at least a week's time. I did not realize it would be shipped from overseas (Germany!). The delivery was a little delayed from it's initial projected date, but the site kept me updated when changes occurred. Everything was great when it showed up. The astronomy poster was a nice addition as well, along with the 20% coupon. I only wish that the photo of the star were unique on the certificate, but at least you can view it up close online.

Stained Cirtificate Very Low Quality Frame
I purchased a star naming certificate and frame as a Christmas gift and was very disappointed with the quality on arrival. The $45 aluminium frame is equal to a $5 frame you could buy at kmart, its extremely low quality and uses thin plastic rather than glass, which was not disclosed. The plastic causes the certificate to sit unevenly and appear visibly wavy. This is not what I would expect for a $45 frame, especially for a sentimental gift. The certificate itself also arrived stained and marked in several areas, which was disappointing given the nature of the gift. Customer service was responsive, however they want me to return the frame internationally will cost almost as much as the frame. I'm going to have to go out and buy a nice frame now and they're going to send another certificate but I doubt Ill now have the new certificate by Xmas.

The process was super easy and everything came out perfect! Only took 5 days to get here and that's because we had Thanksgiving in the middle of it. The app is super fun to use and the star is very easy to see and locate with the app.
